Larry felt himself wake up, feeling like he was sleeping on clouds. He opened his eyes, and realized he was sleeping on a cloud. Steve still seemed to be asleep, but Larry was now awake as ever, his face going completely red. He looked around and found that he was laying on Steve's chest, his arm around the clouds neck. He also felt a soft arm on his back, and a hand on his side. He realized he had just fallen asleep cuddling a man who could be into him. Larry started freaking out, and as a result, starting to grip onto Steve's hair, that had come out of its ponytail and was now a soft cloudy puddle behind Steve's head. The soft pulling of his hair made Steve arise from his sleep, feeling a weight on him, and then opened his eyes to see Larry, face dug into his shirt, hands pulling on his hair. "Goodmorning" Steve said, slowly trying to get up, but still holding Larry to him. "I, uhm, morning" Larry stuttered, pulling his head from Steve's chest, and pulling his arms to himself, but still sitting pretty much on Steve's lap. "do you feel any better?" Steve asked, yawning. "I think so" Larry replied, looking at Steve's hair. It really was quite beautiful. "That's good" Steve said, starting to move Larry off his lap, looking for his hair tie. Larry just stared at him, admiring the cloud. Eventually, Larry reached to check the time. His eyes shot open as he saw the numbers "9:46 am".
"oh shit, I'm so late!" Larry said, jumping off the couch and running to his bedroom to find his uniforms. Steve had found his hair tie, putting his hair back into its usual pony tail. He glanced at Larry's phone and read the numbers. He realized he had a class in about 10 minutes. Larry ran downstairs and ran out the door of his apartment building, leaving Steve there as he panicked and thought of an excuse for missing his job. He ran out the door, after Larry, making sure to close the door, but he couldn't lock it.

9:00 pm

Larry walked back to his apartment after his many shifts, only to see everything missing. "what the hell" Larry mumbled to himself. He looked around the now empty apartment, but then saw a piece of paper on the ground. He read it, and almost started to cry again.

Make sure your hippie ass hookup locks the door next time, fucker. Thanks for the free shit!

Larry had just been robbed.

He fell to his knees. He started thinking of what he could do, where he would stay, and then it hit him. Steve lived upstairs. Maybe he could stay there. He quickly got up and walked upstairs, and knocked on Steve's door. "Hey Larry" Steve asked calmly before noticing the tears welling up in his eyes. "hey, hey, hey, it's ok, you're alright" Steve said, gently pulling Larry into his apartment. "What is it?" Steve asked, almost holding Larry while he cried. Larry just gave him the note and Steve fell to the ground, holding Larry. "oh my gosh, I am so sorry, I should have thought of that, this is all my fault" Steve hugged Larry close to him. "I was- I was wondering if I could stay- stay with you for a bit" Larry managed to say through his tears. "of course. Stay here as long as you need." Steve held him close. "Don't worry, you're okay, I'm here, everything will be fine" Steve said, carrying Larry to one of the bean bags on the floor. "you're safe with me, Larry"
