The two cars pulled up to the dormitories, now the brink of night, with Maki driving the first car and Shuichi driving the second one. They all got out of the cars, rushing over to Kaede. That's when Tsumugi pulled out a blindfold, "We're only going to blindfold you for a little bit" Tsumugi said, "Why can't I just go in without the blindfold?" Kaede asked. Kokichi rolled his eyes, "Cuz it'll ruin the surprise, dummy".

Kaede attempted to walk by herself, but found herself wobbling all over the place, "Ah! Careful Kaede! You could hurt yourself!" Shuichi instantly put his arm out, holding her in place.

"Oh! Thanks Shuichi!"

"Here, I'll guide you there" Shuichi grabbed her hand and began to slowly walk towards the dorm. The others walked in front, quickly opening the door, to let Kaede in and to grab party horns.

"Alright! You can take the blindfold off now" Tsumugi said.

Kaede removed the blindfold, wondering what the dorm looked like now. Once she opened her eyes, she could see a bunch of decorations. Balloons, a banner that read "Congratulations", the table now had a table cloth over it, games, food, and drinks.

Her jaw dropped, everything was so nicely prepared, "Wow!! You guys are amazing!! Thank you so much!!!" She turned to look at all of her friends, they were all honking at her with the party horns. She giggled, they truly did make her happy.

"LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!" Miu screamed.

The group started out the night by playing games, with the exception of Maki and Shuichi. Both had offered to make the food, well, more like both were the only ones who made good food.

The two were good friends. At first, they were both a little on edge after Kaito had first introduced them to each other. Little by little, Maki got over her trust issues and Shuichi got over his anxiety, leading them both to become friends. Now, Maki always acted like she was Shuichi's older sister.

Kaede walked over to them, "Oooo it smells good! What are you guys making"

"Ah I'm currently working on the Okonomiyaki, while Maki is making Yakitori" Shuichi replied.

"Once we're done, we'll have to get started on the Tsukune" Maki said.

"Can I help?" Kaede asked.

Shuichi almost instantly opened his mouth, most likely to say, "Sure!", but Maki quickly intervened.

"Absolutely not" She said, a hint of annoyance in her voice. "I won't allow you to burn down this place. Not after I stupidly let you handle dinner that one time".

Shuichi looked back in forth between them, an awkward yet amused smile on his face. "Aww c'mon Maki! That was like years ago!" Kaede pouted, "Shuichi!! Say something! You can't let Maki do this!"

Shuichi turned back to his cooking, "Sorry Kaede, but I barely have enough money to pay for my tuition, it would take me years to pay the damage to this kitchen"

Kaede gasped, extremely offended, "How can you say something so insulting! Who are you and what have you done to Shuichi!?"

"You two are idiots" Maki huffed.

Maki was glad she was turned away from both of them, or else they would see her small smile. Not only was she smiling because of what Shuichi had said, but also because of their antics. Ever since Shuichi became more open and confident, Kaede and Shuichi's new friendship reminded her of a married couple. Always giggling, staring at each other from a far, Shuichi had even gained the confidence to tease Kaede sometimes.

Now Maki realized why everyone wanted them together.
