Who Am I?

I awake with a groan as I look over to Adora. She was laying on her back staring at the ceiling.

"Hey, you okay?" I whisper.

"Yeah. Couldn't sleep." She says.

I sadly smile at her and grab her hand.

"Look at me." I say.

She turns her head to face me and I look her right in the eyes.

"It wasn't your fault. It was the disc. Not you. You know how I know it wasn't you?" I tell her.

"How?" She asks.

"Because you'd never beat me in a fight." I joke.

"Hey. I could totally beat you in a fight." She retorts pushing my shoulder playfully.

I roll off the bed and she crawls to look over the edge. I lay on the floor in a dramatic pose with my tongue sticking out and my eyes closed.

I open my eyes and laugh at Adora.

"Soldier down, soldier down!" I shout dramatically.

She laughs at my antics.

"See, I can win a fight against you." She smirks.

"Oh, that was a fight? Bring it, Blondie." I say springing up from the ground and motioning my hand.

She gets off the bed and gets ready. I speed behind her and wrap my arms around her picking her up.

"Hey, no fair! You used your powers!" She shouts.

"I've got you now. Mwah haha." I say with a evil laugh.

I spin her around and set her down. She leans in and gives me a kiss.

"Fine. You win." She says with a smile.

"I shall savor my win with a feast!" I say putting my fist up in triumph.

"A feast?" Adora asks.

"Breakfast!" I shout grabbing her hand and running down the hall.

We run to the kitchen and past the staff.

"Hey! You can't be in here!" The chef yells.

I run to the fridge and grab some fresh berries. I stick my tongue out to the chef and the staff start chasing us out.

When we make it to the hall we stop to take a breathe and we start laughing.

"You're crazy!" Adora says.

"I know." I laugh.

I hear footsteps approaching us and it's Angella. We straighten up and try to stop laughing.

"Your Majesty." I say seriously with a salute.

"Morning, Ella. Morning, Adora. What are you two up to?" She says.

"Uh...uh we were just...going for a walk." Adora stutters.

"Of course. Well, I let you get back to it. Enjoy your berries." She says the last part walking past us.

A moment passes before our laughing starts again. We make our way down the hall to Glimmer's room and burst in.

"Glimmer!" I shout.

"What?" She groans.

"Want to join my victory feast?" I shout back.

"5 more minutes." She groans.

"Her loss." I say before me and Adora go out side to the pasture.

We meet up with Killian. Maximus is with Jackson on scout duty. We sit in the field.
