"... I'm sor-"

"Shut.The.Fuck.Up."

Thunderstorm gave a loud groan. Halilintar shuffled beside him, impatiently scratching his bandages-covered wrist.

"This is the fifth time in what? Two fucking weeks!"

A fortnight and Halilintar had had five attempts at suicide, let alone the numerous panic attacks.

Thunderstorm couldn't understand. Yes, he knew their relationship was terrible, he knew how toxic and abusive he was toward his boyfriend. But those had never been the reasons. In fact, ironically, they somehow helped him. As if Halilintar's mind was broken being fine, and only by breaking him could cure his depression.

Honestly, Thunderstorm doubted that Halilintar only had one mental disorder.

With eyes silently fixated on the smaller male, he sighed.

At least, those unsettling illnesses went well with a deranged behemoth like him. He wouldn't stand treating Halilintar with love and care and any other sympathetic shit.

"Hey."

Halilintar flinched.

"Come here."

He saw Thunderstorm widen his arms, ready for a hug, which wasn't a rare sight, but not in such stressful circumstances. Nevertheless, he obeyed still.

Snuggling against his broad chest and listening to his, weirdly, gentle heartbeats, Halilintar found the unusual act oddly comfortable. And as he melted in their cuddle, he heard Thunderstorm's low croaking voice:

"How many times must I tell you that you're not allowed to die? Not by anyone or anything else but me, not even by your own hands."

His arms tightened around Halilintar's body. His words were so harsh yet so soft. Like he cared.

Little did Halilintar know, Thunderstorm cared for him so much. No, he was the one and only that Thunderstorm'd ever cared for. He just had his own way of expressing that. A bit too excessive kidnapping him, yes, but in comparison to that Thunderstorm killed other human beings, Halilintar was indeed more, most, special to Thunderstorm.

They were both lunatics. Hence, it was fine.

They were fine the way they were.
