The sky was light, with spills of pink and orange dashed across thin, wispy clouds.
The sun sits low in the sky, casting a golden glow under all that sits below it.
Eddie lies on the roof of his trailer, watching clouds as they go by.
In the span of his evening, he'd seen a cloud that looks like an alligator, one that looked like a skull, and another that seemed to resemble an old, bearded man, perched atop a mighty throne.
He'd written all these down in his old, tattered notebook, desperately trying to gain inspiration for his newest dnd campaign.
It needed to be something spectacular.
Something legendary, something that would be talked about in the future of the hellfire club forever.
Something magical.
But little did he know, there was a terrible, terrible secret lurking in the shadows of his hometown. Something spectacular.
Something legendary.
Something....almost magical.
An evil magic, sure. But a magic nevertheless.
And it would affect him in a way he never thought possible.
