Chapter 53

Akiro's whole body was frail and numb when he regained consciousness. It was tough for the young man to open his eyes, his vision was blurred and his hearing was untidy.

Gunshots, Explosions, fire sounds, ground crackles, shouting, and screaming are what Akiro's poor ears hear inside the body bag that Saiko is carrying.

One after another explosions occur given that Saiko, Fumetsu, and Takai shot the tank containers not far from them.

"Stay beside me, you worthless people!" Saiko yelled while continuing to shoot the tank containers that happened to be gas cylinders. 

Fumetsu, Saiko, and Takai all coughed at the same time reason being the smoke enveloped the whole place. Some fires have also spread to the trees and plants on the ground. Because of that, the whole place got rowdy, gunshots were fired one after another, and Saiko, Fumetsu, and Takai found a way to escape from those who wanted Akiro's body.

Those vying to get Akiro's body got even more wayward when the three deities disappeared from their sight. Other gangs and biker gangs came with varied weapons. Others were stabbing and shooting each other, and a lot of men were lying on the floor with blood on their bodies.

Saiko couldn't believe what was happening, it was surprising that gangs could kill each other just to heighten their own group. Unbeknownst to them, the rulers of the gang they are part of are just using them, it's sad to think.

"These more than five thousand people are now killing each other to give their gang power and raise it. Such a misfortune, we will win. As we go up, they go down to hell." 

Saiko gasped while the three of them were running. 

The three of them stopped for a while and watched the park become a battlefield, they were now on top of a large rock hidden by large trees.

"You can recognize them, right?" Fumetsu asked the two, and they both nodded, "Some of them were big gangs too, just like us, but not notorious. Not like us," Saiko responded. 

"Some of them are businessmen too, because of the rivalry, maybe even in business they will kill each other," Takai laughed. 

"Don't you think... Night Owl was too clever?" Fumetsu asked, "They are really, especially their mysterious boss. It seems that they planned to make this conflict and destroy potential gangs. Just like those businessmen. More than this kid, they want to achieve something more..." Saiko answered while watching the burning park.

While the three were watching and resting, something suddenly occurred to Takai's head, "Four, isn't he determined to get this boy? Where is he now? He doesn't seem to be here,"

"That's... right," Saiko suddenly realized. 

"He could be planning something too," Fumetsu murmured, "But whatever that is, we already have the young man. All we have to do is give it to them, to Night Owl. Four has no chance,"
