CHAPTER 17: CHUNIN EXAMS II - PRELIMS

4 days went by rather slowly as Sasuke had already woken up leaving Naruto no choice but to play shogi with Kurama non-stop.

Though to his teammate's eyes, he was just sleeping for 4 days straight which constantly bothered them.

"Do you think he's dead?" Sakura asked concerned.

"No he's still breathing, though sleeping for 4 days straight is something concerning, we should wake him up."

"But how, even if we had made a lot of ruckus he wasn't awoken." (y'all.... if y'all thinkin what I'm thinkin you're wrong, Sasuke would never ;))

"I can wake him up, just you watch" Sasuke smirked, this is his revenge for the time Naruto broke his ribs.

He grinned sadistically then jumped high up in the air, nearly hitting his head on the ceiling, "WAKE UP YOU STUPID FUCKER!" He shouted.

'Very out of character of Sasuke-kun' Sakura sweatdropped.

Sasuke's wide grin fell when Naruto vanished, then now he found himself laying at the bed.

A smirking Naruto hovering above him.

The raven turned bright red at their position, plus the fact that Naruto was so attractive with that little sly smirk.

Sakura watched with wide eyes, she doesn't really know what to feel, she's sorta happy and angry.

A wall suddenly erupted from the floor, separating the two boys from the girl.

Naruto looked at Sasuke who was still looking away with a beet red face, his hand cupped Sasuke's chin making his red face turn to Naruto's smirking one.

He turned a deeper shade of red, if that's even possible.

Naruto did it as fast as possible, the urge to kiss this guy was impossible to stop. He did it, he gave Sasuke a kiss on the lips then immediately disappeared.

Meanwhile, Sasuke was just frozen stiff.

"HAHAHA I KNEW YOU LIKED HIM" Kurama laughed.

"Shut up, my body just moved on its own" Naruto spoke, touching his bottom lip.

"ok mister not inlove" Kurama said rolling his eyes.

Not a little after, all of them were called for the next round, most expected for it to be the final round.

"Due to many passing, there will be preliminaries. *cough cough* Now, may I ask, does any one of you wish to forfeit before we proceed? *ahem*" A jonin named Hayate Gekko asked.

Naruto looked at Hiruzen who nodded, 'I'm sorry for the person I'll be fighting' Naruto thought in pity.

"None?" *cough* very well." Hayate voiced.

"Anko will be *cough* bringing you all a box *cough* with numbers inside, *cough* all of you will get one then *cough* the matches will be sorted for fairness. *cough*"

Anko did bring a box infront of them and each drew a number.

(Same as canon as for who passed the second round)
