I just want to clear up, that yes on that one chapter i did kill Danzo. Then on the Chap 24 i explained that Hiruzen begged for Danzo to be healed for 3 days.
So what actually happened is, that hung upside down Danzo was a blood clone. The real Danzo was sealed within Naruto's special scroll which can hold inanimate and animate objects, so when Naruto did not want to show Hiruzen him reviving Danzo, he just released the real danzo from the scroll.
I'm so sorry for not clearing it up! and took me so long just to do it. I'm sorry again, and i hope you now get how he is still alive up until now. Basically Danzo is under Kitsune's mercy, if Hiruzen isn't alive anymore he'd also be unalive.
