TBATE - THE PRODIGY

It begins..

As we went through the teleportation portal, the guards immediately stopped us and again were shocked when Trisk showed them the object, this time up close it looked like a medallion with some crest on it, she must be someone important over here, I thought, we went on by the guards through a market, seeing all kinds of shops, elf kids playing around, it was very similar to the human kingdom, that's when I saw a humongous castle, it was not much compared to mine back at earth but still the biggest building I had seen since arriving here, we were escorted inside the gate, trisk had to show the medallion multiple times, the security was really tight, finally we were in front of the main door, it was huge and beautifully crafted, trisk gestured me to follow her inside, I was confused how she could just barge in the king's palace, as soon as we entered I saw a huge white staircase, with emerald green carpet, on which was a girl with grey gunmetal hair, around my age I guessed.

"Aunt trisk you are back!!" the girl said almost flying towards trisk.

"how have you been little princess" she said while picking her up.

I looked at them dumbfounded, since when was trisk such a nice person.

"see art this is what a 9 year old should be like, happy and playful" she said while holding the girl with green emerald eyes in her hands.

"Hey I am 10 now! Double digits!" she shouted in trisk ears, I couldn't help but let out a laugh. "Who is he"

She said almost seeming scared of me.

"He is a very unusual kid who has come to meet your grandpa" trisk told her.

"He is quite grumpy today be careful" she told me while shying away a bit.

"thank you for the heads up but he already knows me and Dr. trisk are coming" I replied

"About that, there was a little miscommunication" she replied.

The already scared girl almost was about to cry, trisk got a bit flustered, nearby guards pointed there weapons at me, I was mad, really mad, I would be even furious if she had messed up this meeting and my probably only chance to grow stronger, I didn't realize but I let loose my killing intent, I withdrew it and the child relaxed, the guards were still pointing at me.

"What the hell was that Arthur, don't worry I will get you your match, as I said I have my ways" trisk replied a bit mad.

Before I could reply I felt a hand on my left shoulder, it grabbed and threw me at the staircase to my left.

"What fool did you bring along that scared my grand-daughter this much" an old man spoke to trisk while taking the child away who hid behind the old man from me.

"I already told you in the letter you old bull" Trisk retorted.

"What let- oh come on you can't be-" he stopped while looking at me, he noticed I was a human and very young, he probably was thinking how was I able to emit such a pressure around me.

"you were telling the truth?" he spoke to trisk closing in on me, his gaze shifted towards my sternum, "Latter stages of the light red core, is he really nine years old?" he asked.

Shocking both the guards and the child, "its not possible he is human, and I myself just reach dark red yesterday"

"He would've been probably a solid orange if not for him to strengthen his body due to the early awakening" Trisk added.

"Impossible, he I just a human, when did you awake brat" he asked to me this time.

I got up and looked at him with a dead eye "3" I said, my intent slightly leaking.
