Chapter Eleven

               Kira POV

I was about to open the letter meant for chase when I heard him call out my name...

I put the letter in my back pocket and went out to him

I'll find time to read the letter later...

Chase started with his lovey-dovey show and I could see Damina get jealous anytime she sees us.

Later at lunch time,I excused myself to go to the restroom

Then I bumped into Damien

Great! I just had to bump into one of the Kristin's.

"Woah woah,slow down baby girl...where are you going to?" Damien said

"It's none of your business and don't you ever call me that name or else" I warned

"You see,this is what I like about you,your Feisty nature but you just had to go be with that dumb head...I could have given you the life you want" Damien said

Shit! I have no time for this drama

I just pushed passed him and ran to the janitor's closet...

I brought out the letter from my pocket and tore out the envelope which says

                       ~For my darling son,chase

Darling son? Who could have written this?

It surely can't be Mr Anderson because he considers chase to be less than a son..

Do I really have the right to read this? It belongs to Chase and it might be something private.

I just have to read it because it might help me in my mission...

I finally opened the letter and read

"Dear Chase

     I know you must have grown up into a handsome man by the time you see this letter...

I'm sorry I wasn't able to be there for you during your childhood, it's all my fault.

You must have being told that I died a mysterious death after giving birth to you, it's all a big lie...I was killed by your father!

Your father is a big threat to you.

When I was pregnant, your father will torture,beat and starve me everyday.. I don't know how I married such a dangerous man

And now it's all my fault you're suffering.. I'm sorry son, please forgive me

When I first held you in my arms after labor,I felt the joy of a mother but unfortunately your father didn't let me experience that joy for long

You were so beautiful when you were born,I was grateful you looked more of me and less of your father...

Your father is a dangerous man,stay away from him

He tortured me till my death because I found out that he was a gold smuggler and a dangerous drug baron

He has also killed several people throughout his entire life and he wouldn't find it hard to slit your throat if you made one mistake...

I'll always be with you and I'll protect you my dear boy

I'm sorry I wasn't able to be there for you throughout your childhood,I know you must have suffered alot...

I kept this letter secretly in a book so that your father wouldn't find it..

I hope by the time you find this,it isn't too late

I love you son and I'll always love you

             Chase POV

I wonder where Kira ran off to now, she had excused herself to leave.

It's being a while that she left and she's not yet back... I have to go look for her

I was just about to leave when Damien stood in front of me

"Where could you be going to?" Damien asked folding his hands across his chest

"It's none of your business so just get out of my way" I said

"Tsk! Why do you and kira have so much in common... she said the same thing when she was about to leave" Damien said

"Leave? You saw her leaving? Where did she go to?" I asked in concern

Did Kira leave the school? Where the heck could she be right now?

"She ran just outside the school.. go find her lover boy" Damien said

I glared at him and ran passed him

Just before I left,I saw a smirk on his face..

I have to go find Kira at all cost.

             Kira POV

After reading the letter,my legs felt wobbly...

This letter was written by chase's mother! And it was her last words to her son.

How could Mr Anderson be so dangerous and heartless to kill his own wife?

He's more dangerous than I thought...

How will chase feel when he finds out that his mother was murdered by his own father...

How should I give this to him? How do I tell him? He'll be heartbroken...

Mr Anderson is also a drug Baron? No wonder he works with people like bobby

It all makes sense now

Don't worry Mr Anderson, you've played your game well all these while..

I'll put an end to all your games.

I need to inform Leo about this but first I have to tell chase

I came out of the janitor's closet and went to the cafeteria but chase was not there

Then I bumped into Damien,again!

"Are you following me?" I asked

"No why would I? If you're looking for Mr lover boy,he just walked out of the school looking for you" Damien said

"Walked out of the school? Wait you mean chase is looking for me right now, outside the school!" I said

"Yes... don't worry, he'll be back soon" Damien said

I suddenly felt angry as I grabbed him by his collar

"Why did you tell chase that I left the school? Why?" I asked

"It was just for fun" he said choking as I let go of him

Where could chase have gone to? I'll have to find him..

I was about to step out of the school when I received a call from my phone

I checked the caller ID and it was chase calling...

Thank goodness!

"hello chase,where are you?"

"Sorry ma'am the owner of this line is in the hospital right now...he was involved in a serious accident"

The phone drops from my hand...
