Chapter Seven

             Chase POV

I entered her room and quietly shut the door...

Today was actually the first time that Kira has slept this late, I even woke up before her...

She looked beautiful in her unconscious state,her red night robe complimented her red hair which was sprawled all over the pillow looking like a beautiful painting!

For once, this was the only time I saw Kira looking so calm and innocent.

She must be really tired for her to still be sleeping by this hour.. it was already eleven in the morning.

I really enjoyed her singing last night and I wanted to do something for her to also enjoy

Then I saw her feet, her clean feet.

Her feet looked wrinkled, maybe It was a result of her always following me around.

I sat down on the edge of her bed as my hands started working on her feet...

            Kira POV

I felt my leg being ticklish as I struggled to wake up

I groaned as I opened my eyes and saw Chase massaging my feet..

My eyes widened as I tried to remove my leg from his hand but he held on to it tightly

"What the heck are you doing chase?!" I asked in a raised voice

I was expecting him to look scared and withdraw but instead he looked at my face and then smiled..

I could feel my tummy doing flips at his smile! His cute dimples were in full display..

How cute can this boy be?

"Good morning..." He said

"Gu..good morning" I said still shocked at his actions

"You didn't wake up early so I figured out you must be tired and it's a way of showing my gratitude for what you did last night" He said still massaging my feet

"No it's okay... I'm sorry for waking up late" I said

"Just relax Kira, I'm just massaging,I won't kill you" Chase said still holding on to my feet

"But there's no need...I don't need a massage" I said

"I didn't ask you if you needed one...so please lay back down and let me do this" He said

I laid back down and just let him keep on massaging my feet

I can never win an argument over chase.

I closed my eyes as I started enjoying the massages, chase is really good with massages...

"So since it's a weekend, we're going to go shopping today" Chase said

"Shopping? Shop for what?" I asked

"Shopping for a new luxury yacht" he said

What does he need a yacht for?

"I'm bored of the one we have in our sea port, I need a new one just incase I want to host a party in the sea" he said

  "Alright fine" I rolled my eyes

Typical rich kids who just likes buying extravagant things.

         Kira POV

I actually thought chase was kidding but he was freaking serious...

As we were walking towards the port,some guys who looked like gangsters accosted us and chase seemed to know them..

"It's a perfect day to break some skulls isn't it?" The guy who looked like the leader asked

"What do you want bobby?" Chase asked glaring at them

"I want your girl...she looks like my next girlfriend" The leader who I now know his name to be bobby said looking at me with a disgusting look in his eyes

He was about to touch me when suddenly chase pulled me closer to him and shoved him to the ground

"Don't you dare touch her, dummy" He said

  I stared at Chase,he knew I could protect myself but he still went ahead to protect me

No one has ever protected me this way before.

Everyone always thought I am capable of protecting myself but chase..he did that for me.

Bobby got up and went berserk

"You stupid dirtbag" He said as he was about to punch chase but I was able to block his fist at the right time

  "I'd run home to mommy if I were you" I warned

I twisted his arms and he went screaming in pain, he signalled his boys to hit me

One of his boys tried to hit me from the back but I blocked him using Bobby's body and the blow landed in his face

"Ouch!! You dumb asshole! I said hit her not me" Bobby said still screaming in pain as I was still twisting his arms

His two boys charged at me and I pushed bobby away as he fell on one and I kicked the other who went flying straight.

Bobby charged at me and tried to punch me but I held his hand this time and hit him in his groins

"You haven't learnt your lessons...have you?" I asked

I beat his boys up and tied the three of them together

I turned to chase and he looked stunned.

He was still speechless even in the car on our way home.

When we got home,he just sat in front of me and stared at me

"Is there any problem sir?" I asked

"You're the prettiest and coolest girl I've ever met,do you know that?" He asked as he lifted his hands to touch my face

My body reacted strangely at the contact

"You know what happens when you touch me chase? My reflexes could kick in so get your hands off me before it's too late" I said

Suddenly his happy face turned sad as he took a step back away from me

"I'm sorry...I won't bother you anymore" He said and left

Well that was weird.

Later in the day,when Mr Anderson was not at home...I secretly implanted spy cameras inside and outside the house so that I can spy on him even if I'm not at home....

Kira and chase had barely entered the class when Damina came rushing towards Chase...

She kept her distance as she saw Kira winking at her.

Later in the cafeteria,Kira carried her lunch tray and she was about to pass Damina's table when Damina intentionally spilled a drink on her

"Oh I'm so sorry...it seems my drink wanted to give a bit colour to your jacket" Damina said chuckling

Kira glared at her as Chase stood up and used a napkin to wipe the stain on her jacket to Damina's dislike.

"What are you doing chase? She's supposed to be your servant but you're the one acting like a servant to her" Damina said

"Oh just shut up Damina! And for your information, Kira is my bodyguard not my servant and you should be ashamed for what you did" Chase said as he wiped the stain off Kira..

Damina walked out in angry tears..

             Kira POV

That bitch spilled her drink all over my black jacket...

I was about to reply her when chase stepped in and helped me clean the stains

I could feel butterflies in my tummy as he scolded Damina on my behalf

What is going on with me?
