I froze up not knowing that I wanted to do but then I saw her face relax.

"Keaton?" She asked me and my shoulders relaxed.

"Uhh yeah! That's where I was. I'm really tired mom can I go lay down?" I ask her as I just lied with a straight face.

She just nods and goes back to her room and I rush inside of mine before closing the door behind me. I see Lexi sleeping on my bed and I immediately start to strip off my dress and change into pajamas.

I put my hair into a messy bun before decided to lay down next to Lexi.

I woke up to my phone ringing and as I look around I see that Lexi was no longer in my room.

I look out of the window to see my moms car pulling up to the house. I get out of my bed and go into the kitchen.

My mom walks in the house with groceries.

"Hey nova! Mind helping me hun?" My mom says as she plops the grocery bags down on the table.

"Of course ma." I say as I start to unload the stuff in the bags. My mom helps me and by the time we're done we plop down on the living room couch.

"I saw Mr.Lake today." My mom says and my body goes stale. 

I clear my throat before turning my body to make eye contact with her.

"You did huh?" I asked casually as I relax my body to make sure I didn't seem suspicious.

"Yeah! He was buying bandage wraps..I found it weird and I asked him about but then he told me that it was for his back? I found that even more odd." My mom says and I smile to myself as I think about how those scars on his back came from me.

"Oh and then we started to talk a bit more and he was telling me how he was going to go to a jewelry store to find a necklace for his girlfriend!" When my mom finishes her sentence my heart stops.

Lazlo had a fucking girlfriend? How come I've never seen her? I felt pissed out of nowhere but I had to mask it so I could reply to me mom.

"Oh! Did he say anything about his girlfriend?" I asked as I was curious to find out who his mystery woman was.

"No not really..he said that they've been keeping things discreet." My mom says with a shrug.

"Oh ok...uh well I need to go to uhh." I snap my fingers pretending to have had a idea.

"I need to go get some coffee! Is that ok?" I ask my mom softly.

"Of course! I can't stop you anyways..your grown." My mom says as she shrugs and gets up before dragging herself to her room.

I had changed my clothes and Headed to lazlos house in a bit of a rage. I forced myself out my car before walking up to the front door and twisting the knob.

The door was unlocked to I let myself in and saw lazlo shirtless while cleaning off his kitchen counter.

I stood there as I slammed the front door and I saw lazlo jump a bit before he looks up and sees me.

"What the fuck nova?" He chuckles as gets up and walks over to me. Lazlo goes in for a hug and I push up against his chest.

"so when were you going to tell me?" I say with a cold voice and he just stares at me as if I asked him the hardest math question in the world.

"Wanna tell me what we're talking about?" Lazlo says and I just laugh before hitting him in his chest.

"Chill!" Lazlo yells out as he rubs the spot I hit him in.

"My mom said she saw you, you told her you had a girlfriend." I say while looking at lazy who was now looking a bit confused.

"Yeah...and?" Lazlo shrugs and i throws me into even more of a rage.

"And?! Who is this girl? I mean I've never met her and I didn't even think that you would have a girlfriend. There have literally been no signs and you spend most of your free time around me unless I've been lied to about that as well!" I yell out at lazlo.

Lazlo doesn't even budge. He stood there like a statue for a second before he just starts to laugh. I looked at him as if I wanted to fucking kill him because I did.

How was he laughing at this shit? He got caught and now he's laughing as if I'm joking.

"Babe...is that not you?" Lazlo looks at me as he finally stopped laughing.

I'm so stupid. I should've been thinking. It should've been obvious that he was talking about me. The more I think about it the more it starts to confuse me. Lazlo never talked to me about being his girlfriend so maybe he just said that as a coverup?

"Listen...I'm not very young but I'm also not super old. I'm just at the point where I'm not really up for messing around like I used to be and I've been growing deep feelings for you. I said what I said." Lazlo shrugs and my face relaxes.

"I'm so sorry. I should've known and don't worry I consider us a serious relationship as well. The feelings are mutual." I reassure Lazlo and his face glows up.

I didn't consider us serious but now that he's mentioned it maybe I should.

"Lazlo I'm sorry." My shoulders slump but he just moves closer to me and holds me against his chest.

"It's alright I probably would've been confused too." Lazlo admits.

I raise my head up and place my hands on his shirtless abs. Lazlo just smirks and lowers himself so I can kiss him.

My lips contact lazlos and I moan into his mouth.  Lazlo cups my ass and continues to kiss me.

"You want me?" Lazlo whispers into my ear and I nod.

"Use your words sweetheart" Lazlo saying this sent a shock through my heart and I wanted to drop to my knees in front of him.

"Lazlo...I want you." When I finish speaking I hear Lazlo release a low grown before starting to kiss me neck. His gentle lips knew all my right spots and it made him even more attractive than he already was.

I moan once more at Lazlo starting to suck my neck.

I hear the doorknob twist and quickly pull away from Lazlo.

"Dad I'm finally back!" Keaton yells as he enters the house but once he's inside he sees my and Lazlo standing side by side while staring at him.
