You question why you call Y/N out in front of everyone. You already know she's not in an office romance with him but you still embarrass her anyway.

Get it together, man. You're here to make Y/N jealous and hook up with Nara.

"Hey everyone, how about we take this party to the karaoke lounge near by?! I can wait for Miss Y/N to come back from the bathroom."

"That's okay Mr. Jeon. I don't mind waiting for her. I can convince her to come since she'll probably try to go home." Namjoon is slurring his words.

You give him a chuckle. Namjoon really is a great man.

"How about you take care of everyone going to the karaoke bar in one piece? I can try to convince Miss Y/N." You give him a wink.

"Yes, sir!" Namjoon yells for everyone to follow him to the bar.

You sit and wait for Y/N. Even flirting with Nara doesn't feel right. You want to flirt with Y/N but she's been keeping her distance from you.

You understand as you don't want to get involved with someone like her.

Someone who is too good for him. Y/N checked all the boxes when it came it a person you would want to settle down with.

Come on, Jeon! You want to make Y/N jealous.

Like you have said before, she's perfect. You're a guy who's not ready to settle. You're too focused on your career. You want to have fun and let it all out before things get serious with work. Why would you make her wait for you? Would she wait for me?

Y/N comes out of the bathroom to see everyone gone. She comes back confused.

"Everyone is headed to karaoke. I told them I'd wait for you to see if you'd want to join." She looks at you with furrowed brows.

"Namjoon insisted he stayed back but I think I'm a little more sober than him to be walking with you."

"Right... I was actually going to head home." She's upset with you. You try to lighten the mood a little.

"I told everyone I could convince you."

"I think if it was anyone else I would have said yes."

"I deserve that."

"I thought everything was fine between us, Jungkook. It's been 3 months. I'm keeping my distance like we both agreed. Did I do something wrong?"

You're slightly tipsy but you also know she's a good person. You can't lie to her but you don't know what to say. "You didn't. I don't even know how to explain what I'm doing because I don't even know myself."

"Are you okay?" She touches my forearm with concern. You want to savor this moment. Y/N is looking at you and only you.

But... you don't know what you want. You want her, in every way possible. Mostly you want to fuck her right now because that just what happens every time she touches you. But you also don't want to lead her on. She's deserve someone as amazing as her, who is ready for her.

"I will be if you join karaoke."

Y/N is smart. Although she can sense something is wrong she doesn't push you any further.

She gives you her beautiful smile. You feel the butterflies fluttering in your stomach.

"Then you have to sing a song for me."
