Your POV
You feel a light tap on your shoulder. It takes a second to adjust to your surroundings. You're inside a cab in front of your apartment.
Jungkook is looking at you. "You're home, Y/N."
You blush. "Oh, I'm sorry, Jungkook. I must've dozed off. Hopefully I didn't say anything embarrassing."
"No worries. Glad to get you home safely. You did whisper my name a few times, it was kinda hot."
He winked at you. He's obviously joking right?
Jungkook gets out first and comes around to open your door. What is he doing?
You step out and bow. You try to hide your face in case the dozing off messed your makeup.
"Well... thanks again, Jungkook. I'll see you at work tomorrow?" You try to turn around quickly but he grabs your wrist.
"Y/N, I— ummm..."
You're staring at him confused. Jungkook spent all night with Nara and yet here he is in front of you, stumbling his words with your wrist in his hand.
Jungkook sighs.
"I'm excited about our trip to Jeju. I spent a lot of time there growing up. I'm hoping I can show you some of my favourite spots when we're there. What do you think?" Your heart skips a beat. You look at him and he looks to be genuine.
You forget he's waiting for a response. Whatever he's saying to you you're falling for even though you keep telling yourself not to.
"Oh...um, yes of course." You can't help but smile at him. "Sounds like fun, Jungkook."
You try to hide your excitement. Jungkook almost looks shy.
"Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow?" He let's go of your wrist.
"Goodnight, Jungkook. Thanks for taking me home."
You wave back at him and head into your apartment with the biggest smile on your face.
