chapter 2: academy takes its turn

I was finally going to be able to learn lots of magic! I CANT BELIEVE IT AHHHHH!!!!. *3 days later* I woke up with excitement because today I had my first day of THE MAGIC ACADEMY!. I got ready and dad drove me there. I got there and everyone was nice except this popular girl Emily. "Hey new girl do you know any magic? " Said Emily, "uh not really""I replied oh really? CATCH THIS!" said Emily she threw a cup of water on me and I got soaked. I couldn't hold my anger in and I blurted out "you WHORE" Emily turned around and lugged at me, she used her air bending and blew me to the end of the classroom and I smacked my back into the wall hard.  She slowly walked up to me and said "you really think I'd let that slide!?" She pulled her hands up about to release her air bending on me until a girl with curly blonde hair pushed her to the ground. "What the hell!?" Said Emily shocked and annoyed. The curly haired blond girl said "you better go because things are gonna get nasty" Emily replied saying what ever it's not much fun playing around with lily anyway" and she walked off. The curly haired blond girl looked at me with worry and looked away then walked off with out a word. I couldn't walk after that my back had a huge bruise after smacking it on the wall. I got a bandage for it and dad asked about it I told him I fell back first into the wall, he believed my lie. All night I couldn't stop thinking about that curly blonde haired girl. The next morning I went to school in a hoodie to hide the bandage, "what's wrong got something to hide?" Emily said In a smirky voice. I just ignored her. Are magic lesson was fighting where you use magic to push ur partner of the ring the last one standing wins. I was chosen to stand and watch with the teacher for this round, I noticed Emily and that curly blonde haired girl was teamed up to fight. This is gonna be interesting I said in my mind. The fight was just about to start when I noticed the teacher say "try your best mia" to the curly blonde haired girl I guess her name was mia. The fight started and mia brought flames to her hands, I never knew she was a fire bender!. She swiped her hand on Emily, Emily fell back but used her air bending to bush her back up. Emily put her hands down on the ground and used bending to make a tornado to lift mia up in the air. Mia used her flames to drag the tornado down. Emily snuck up behind mia and pushed her down mia is almost off the ring. Looks like u lost" said Emily to mia "oh really you where to busy to notice that I can still use my feet to fire bend" mia said as she slammed her feet down on the ground and a flame grew from the ground up. Emily fell in shock and rolled off the ring, that means mia won. As I looked at mia I noticed how pretty she was and that I may have a tiny crush on her.
