I get off the car and sling my backpack on my shoulder. Today was much warmer than yesterday, still cool but not hot.
I wear a more thinner sweater, this made the shape of my body more visible than the thick sweatshirt I had on yesterday. When I put it I felt okay but now as I walked into the school gates I felt myself grow uncomfortable.
Especially when I heard the nickname that I hated so badly. "Sugar!" I heard a girl call, I didn't turn my head or give them my attention at I continued to walk.
I got here earlier today to make sure I wasn't late and I could get to class first.
"C'mon, stop being a stuck-up bitch!"
I stop and look back, seeing Minho walk away from the group with his headphones on and his gaze on his phone.
I roll my eyes and continue walking to the school. I walk in and go straight to my first class, the bell didn't ring until I was halfway to my class and I mentally jumped out of happiness.

My first hour went by slowly and my growing tiredness only made it harder for me to focus.
Now I'm in my second hour with 30 minutes left of class, I raise my hand and ask to go to the restroom—the teacher allows me since I had finished my work early.
I walk out of the classroom and to the restroom that was two classes over. Walking into it and noticing it was empty, letting out a breath of relief. I didn't need the restroom but the pain in my ribs grew along with my exhaustion.
I reach into my pocket and take out the pain reliever that I had brought from home. Throwing them into my mouth and swallowing them dry. I look at myself in the mirror and notice that I was visibly tired with the bag under my eyes from all the sleep I lost throughout the years.
I turn the sink on and splash my face with cold water, grabbing paper towels and drying them off. I toss them into the trash and grab onto the hem of my sweater, picking it up and seeing now dark bruises.
Hearing the door open, which made me drop my sweater and look up with wide eyes. Minho looked down to my now cover stomach before looking into my eyes.
I swallowed harshly and walked past him, walking back to class.

I walk into the library and instead of going to the table I walk into the book aisle and go to the furthest one, walking to the end and sitting down by the wall.
I pull out my notebook and a pencil, starting to look around and think of what to draw. Soon I settled on something my focus stayed on my drawing and not my surroundings. This was a mistake as I heard footsteps approach me, looking up to see Minho walking down the aisle. I close my notebook and let out a small sigh.
"Are you hiding from me?"
"No" I lied, looking down and putting my notebook into my bag. "I just want to be alone"
Minho didn't get the hint as he sat down "Me too". I look up at him "With you"
I roll my eyes and hug my knees to my chest more. His legs were spread across the floor as he leaned his back on the bookshelves.
"Why do you hate me?"
"I don't, I just dislike... the people hang around with"
"I'm my own person"
I scoff "Yeah and you choose to hang around them, that doesn't make it better"
He finally looks away from me with a slow nod. It was quiet between us for a few minutes before he whispers.
"I think we're the same"
I laugh and looks at me. "And how so?"
"I think everyone wants to believe we are how they say, but we're the opposite"
I look at him for a second before turning away and looking out the window that was beside me.
"You don't talk much"
"You just talk too much"
Minho chuckle, I look at him "I don't usually" He grows serious, "But since you don't I feel the need to talk more and keep the conversation going"
"Or we can just sit in silence"
He smiles at me and shakes his head "I like hearing you talk"
I raise my eyes brows "How many times have you used that line?"
He shook his head "Never, I don't like when people talk to me"
"That's why you always have headphones on?"
He smirks "You watch me?"
I freeze "No, but when your friends call me I notice you always have them on"
"So you look for me?"
I sigh "Your impossible"
He chuckles and shrugs "Yeah, that's why I keep them on. Their voices have grown obnoxious"
I stare and him and he does me, "What?"
I shake my head "You are different from what I expected"
"What did you expect?"
"Not this"
He nods and looks away at the books in front of him. "I would say the same but I never made a bad opinion of you"
My eyes brow furrowed as he continued to look ahead. "What was your opinion?"
He smiles and lets out a breathy laugh "It doesn't matter"
I pout "It does, I want to know"
He looks up "Only if you tell me your opinion on me, the one you made when I first moved here"
