"Pin?" Kaycee asks Stella over the phone as we step up to the closed gated community, where Stella lives.

Stella gives us the pin and I carefully type it in. The gates slowly open, and we drive into the expensive community.

"I'm so jealous of your community." Kaycee tells Stella over the phone.

"Same." I say, loud enough for her to hear me over the phone.

"Which house is it again?" Kaycee jokes and I force a laugh.

"Shut up. Brooke knows." Stella snickers.

"We're outside." I tell her as I park my car outside of Stella's parent's corner home.

"Okay. I'll see you in a second." Stella says, as Kaycee hangs up.

Kaycee and I make our way to Stella's front door, and right before we get to the front, Stella walks out.

"Ready?" she smiles.

"Yep." we reply.

"Alright, let's go." Stella smiles, as she swings her keys in her hand.

After a few minutes of walking, we approach the pool gate. Stella quickly unlocks the door and we step inside.

"Party!" Kaycee jokes.

I laugh at her, as we set all of our stuff down on the chairs, and strip into our swimsuits.

"Who's jumping in? Who's jumping in." I chanted, as I jumped up and down by the pool's edge.

"No one is jumping in.." Kaycee said, rolling her eyes.

"You're getting pushed in!" Stella yells, as she moves her hands to back, attempting to push me in.

"Not today!" I screech, jumping backwards, out of her grasp. Stella stops laughing, and stumbles into the pool.

I sit on the floor, near the edge of the pool, screaming with laughter. "You fool!" I yell, glad that no one else is at the pool today.

Stella springs out of the water and gasps for air. "Why me!" she laughs, with a red face.

"Idiots..." Kaycee mumbles as she lays on one of the chairs.

"Honey you thought!" I laugh, now gasping for air, while Kaycee watches all of us with a confused expression.

"Just come in now, I've been here long enough." Stella laughs.

I nod my head, as I slowly wade into the water.

"Kaycee. Why you so boring?" Stella jokes.

Kaycee looks up from her phone and sticks her tongue out. "Well. Since I love you both so much." Kaycee grins, while she gets up from her tanning chair. "I guess I could hang out with you guys."

"You better! Because aren't we having so much fun, Brooke!?" Kaycee sarcastically smiles.

"You bet!" I laugh, splashing water at her.

"Idiots, idiots I tell you." Kaycee says, shaking her head.

"We're your idiots, so get over it." I smirk at her.

"No way. Zachary is my idiot." Kaycee smiles, looking past us.

"Shut up about that tool already! I ship you guys, but just shh!" Stella jokes, and I nod along with her.

"Anyways...new subject please." Kaycee laughs, as she swims over to us.

"So what was that Michael thing about?" Stella asks.

I shrug. "You know how he is.." I mumble.

"Well you guys did date, in like, freshman year of high school." Kaycee butts in.

"I wish I could forget that..I want our friendship to go back to normal." I grumble.

"It's getting there. But you know, when you date someone, you can't just assume that you can just go back to being friends. It doesn't work that way." Stella tells me.

"True..." I sigh.

"Hey! Why are we stressing right now...did you see how whipped Mark is for Jennifer?" Kaycee laughs.

"I know right! Jennifer doesn't wanna give the poor boy a chance, though..." Stella say, shaking her head.

"I feel bad for him though, he tries so hard..." I say, pouting my lips.

"I feel like Jen is playing a little game of hard to get, am I right ladies?" Kaycee jokes.

"Oh my gosh, Kaycee. For once in your life, you might actually be right." Stella says, sarcastically.

"No need to be a bitch." Kaycee smiles.

I watch them and start to chant. "Fight. Fight. Fight! Fight!" I probably look like a five year old.

"You wish." Stella laughs, as we all randomly start playing Marco, Polo and other games for the remainder of the time we are at the pool.
