I tapped my feet anxiously. I woke up two hours earlier than I normally do, took a shower, and started thinking of what to wear.
Was it a date?
I got up and walked to my closet. I picked out a shirt, shook my head, and put it back. I sighed and slapped my face.
What the hell am I doing? Just put on a nice outfit and get out.
It took a while but I finally put a few things together, looked at myself in the mirror for the fifth time, and headed downstairs.
My mom sat in the kitchen sipping a cup of coffee while looking at her phone and smiling. I walked up to her and she flinched a bit.
"M-mom?"
"Hey sweetie, off on your date?"
"I-Is everything ok?"
"Yes, is there a problem?"
"No, none."
She smiled and looked back at her phone. I wanted to ask her what she was doing, but I didn't know how she'd feel about it so I didn't bother.
I wore my shoes and headed out. I tapped my phone and looked at the screen. It was still early. 9:00 am.
I guess I could ride my bicycle around for a while.
That's when I realized that Axel never gave me a place to go. Why didn't I realize that? I opened my chats and clicked on Axel
:)
You: Good morning.
Morning.
You: Were you supposed to pick me up or...are we meeting somewhere?
Oh, right. Sorry.
You: No problem at all.
We can meet up at a cafe before going to the main place.
You: Which cafe?
Jiolo cafe. Are you ok with it?
You: Yeah it's fine. It'll be a first so...
Do you know where it is?
You: Actually I don't.
😆It's on Hoko street. The first building to your left. You'll know when you see it.
You: Sounds beautiful.
Trust me, it is.
You: I'll be on my then.
You're sounding like you're ready.
You: I am actually. I just realized that I was, to be honest.
I just got up a few minutes ago. Just got out of the shower.
You: Oh...
You can check out the surroundings of the cafe though. It's really pretty.
You: Really?
Yup. I've been there a couple of times.
You: I'll keep that in mind.
Great. See you there.
You: Yeah.
;P
