Birthday - Everyone - ♡☆

AUTHORS NOTE: doing this because my birthday is in exactly a week and I actually forgot about it, This ones gonna be formatted different so idk just stick with me for a sec, you'll figure it out. And another thing, should I go with the forbidden "y/n" or should I just keep calling the character Haisley? Or I'd actually be open to name suggestions too, for this one I'm just gonna stick with Haisley. But idk guys, tell me what you prefer.

!Also just a warning that this chapter might be a bit sad, the first couple of them aren't sad but one particular one is!

Tony- 

"Hey Haisley, what's up?" 

I turn to see Tony leaning on the door frame, I watch as he walks closer and sits down on the bench next to me. "Nothing, just watching the sunrise," I look back out across the lawn, the grass sparkled with dew.

"Mind if I join you?" He asks.

"Well, you already sat down so you might as well," I joke. I see him smile from the corner of my eye, somethings bugging him, I can tell. 

We sat there for nearly half an hour, I finally broke the silence, " So, what are your plans for today Tony?" 

"Oh who knows, I was thinking I might actually hang out with Mcgeek today," He shrugged.

"Oh" It was actually my birthday, he clearly forgot, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. 

"Anyways, I'm gonna go take a shower," He kissed my cheek and then went back inside leaving me on the porch.

I was almost disappointed that he forgot my birthday. But I knew he didn't mean to hurt me. I knew he'd been really busy with our last case, which had stressed us out a lot. I just brushed it off, maybe he didn't actually forget and he was just messing with me. 

I stood up and went to the kitchen. I heard my phone ringing but I couldn't figure out where I set it, "Tony! Have you seen my phone?!" I yell to him.

"Uh, I think it's on the coffee table in the living room?!" He shouted back from the bathroom.

I went around the corner into the living room and sure enough, Tony was right. I reached down and answered it. 

"Hey, Haisley!" Abby yelled on the other end, "Happy birthday!" She was so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear a bit.

"Thanks, Abby," I replied. At least someone remembered.

"Do you have any big birthday plans with Tony?" Abby asked.

"Well, no, I think he forgot actually..." I sighed, "But it's not really that big of a deal,"

"Not that big of a deal?! Don't worry Haisley, I'll call him," Abby said.

"Oh wait no, thank you Abby but I don't want to make him feel bad about forgetting," That was half the truth, I also didn't want to seem stupid for having my birthday mean so much to me.

"Well if you change your mind, you know my number,"

"Of course Abby, Thanks again"

I put my phone in my pocket and went back to the kitchen to pour myself a glass of milk. Not long after, Tony walked into the kitchen, rubbing his wet hair with a towel. "You look like a wet cat," I joked.

"Hey!" He laughed as he threw his towel at me.

I picked up the towel and said, "What are you gonna do if I strangle you with this?"

"Fiesty today, I like it," He snatched the towel back and nudged me with his elbow.

His phone started ringing, "DiNozzo," he answered," Yep, okay, mhm, alright, see ya," He hung up, "McGee is coming over? I was gonna pick him up but he says he needs to give you a present? Why's McNugget giving you presents?" Poor Tony, he clearly did forget, and he was also clearly very confused.
