Chapter 10

" Giving her questioning look even before she can ask him about his action his deep voice spoke out....

' SORRY '.

She still didn't understand what this was all about. 

' Sorry about what?' She asked being surprised.

' Can you come to this side? Just for a minute?' 

Without even giving a chance to her he excused both of them from their friends and took her to a side the time holding her hand into his strong grip.

' So in the morning....' he started reasoning out of his act. 

' Can you please leave my hand? It's kinda uncomfortable ' Stopping him Paro spoke out.

' Oh! I am extremely sorry, I haven't even realized ' Adi tried to show how this was unintentional even though all the time he was well aware that he was holding her hand. Holding her hand wasn't necessary in the first place he could've just said her to stop to listen to him but his mind decided against it, and there's no way he regretted his decision, as soon as he touched her hand he felt a jolt of spark he hasn't felt before. Her hand was soft, warm perfectly fitting into his large rough ones.

But a wave of disappointment hit him when she asked him to leave her hand, almost too directly. But perfectly masking his expression he asked for forgiveness once again.

" So, you were saying something?" She asked eager to know the reason for his sorry.

" Yeah. In the morning it was an accident. I mean I haven't touched your feet intentionally. I should have said sorry then and there. But you suddenly left and ..." 

" No no please don't be. Of course it was an unintentional one. I didn't want to be rude, but it was so sudden I was puzzled, I am sorry too". 

For the very first time, she spoke for so long with him and sounded pretty genuine, and this was more than enough to make him happy. 

" So should we go back to our friends now?" Paro asked being impatient.

Nodding his head Adi started going towards their friends followed by her.

" Come with me". Adi proposed to the girls mainly her.

" I'll drop you both". 

" Thanks that would be very help...."

"No we can manage. We have one more place to go. Thanks for asking though "... Paro interrupted Ishita denying his offer.

 Without exchanging any more words she and her friend left.

Adi was annoyed, to say the least. He was totally aware that she deliberately lied about going to another place. That was only because she wanted to avoid his company.

Clenching his jaw he asked frustrated __

 " What the hell is her problem huh?! Don't you think she is playing hard to get? As if I am dying to be with her!"

" But you are!"

 Sameer stated the obvious.

 Looking at him sternly Adi opened the door of his car and got in, constantly pressing onto his knuckle to calm his nerves down. No one rejects him. No-one. And here this little girl showed her attitude even though he himself tried to be nice and acted like a gentleman probably for the very first time! 

She hasn't seen his bad side yet, and he is quite sure she is too delicate to handle that.No matter how much strong she tries to portray herself he can see the innocence in her eyes! But he should probably give her a little demo of who he actually is!
