" Pipi "...

Turning back, both of them saw Vivaan and Pritha standing there, watching them with amused eyes.

Paro quickly pushed him aside and got out of his embrace as soon as his hold on her wrist got loose.

" Vivaan.. Pritha, what are you doing here?"

She asked nervously. She was so thankful that both of them came to get her out of the devil's clutch but embarrassed that they saw her with him.

" Mummy sent us to get you," Pritha replied to her. Her eyes drifting between Adi and Paro.

" Ok Pritha. Can you please tell your mom to come here?" Paro asked pleadingly. She won't be able to go in front of everyone like this.

" Ok, I am telling her." Both of them left the place giggling.

Without giving him another look Paro came out of the washroom.

Turning the shower off Adi waited for one whole minute before coming out.

He didn't really plan for any of these to happen but it somehow ended up better than he expected. Only if the kids won't have interrupted him!

He could have lost his chance to woo her forever but at least he would have known how those appealing lips felt that he was dying to get a taste of.

The way their meeting always ends up being a disaster, there was almost no chance she would ever think of him as a gentleman no matter how much he tries.

Heaving a sigh, Adi left for his room. Now he had to think differently.

…..

" Paro, did you call…What happened?" Bidisha looked at her astounded. She couldn't even complete her sentence.

The girl was standing there fully drenched and trembling.

" Come with me, come to my room". She took Paro to her room hurriedly.

She thought that Paro wanted to use the washroom. But she never knew she would take a shower, that's too with all of her clothes on.

Bidisha looked at Paro while giving her towel and clothes but for some reason, she wasn't meeting her eyes.

" Did you take a shower…."

Her voice trailed off as she saw Adi enter the room. Water droplets coming out of his hair but unlike her, his clothes weren't damp.

"... Together ?" She completed her sentence, unsure of her own words.

Hearing her Paro looked straight ahead and saw Adi standing there.

" I came to give you this."

Paro saw her scrunchie in his hand. He must have taken it out earlier without her knowing. Giving him a despising look she snatched it away.

Bidisha decided not to ask anything, for now, examining Paro's hostility towards her brother-in-law.

" Paro here are the clothes and hairdryer. Come downstairs after getting ready." Bidisha carefully said.

Paro gave her a faint smile in response.

Bidisha and Adi soon came out of the room and went into the living room.

…..

Finishing her bowl of soup Paro waited for her aunt to join her. She was exhausted and wanted to call off the day as soon as possible. No one had asked her any questions and she was thankful for that.

Except for Adi, who kept stealing glances at her to see her reaction. But she was too lost in her own world to notice anything.

Seeing her aunt in a deep conversation with the rest of them Paro understood she won't leave now.
