-1.he's already watching you
-yes, he was watching you sleep 🥰
-idk if you should find that interesting or smth-
-2. he'd get scared when you wake up
-like literally jump out of bed
-either choice, he'll want to talk about your nightmare
-like what happened or if he was in it...
-after that he'll reassure you that nothing bad is gonna happen
-and you and him cuddle up and fall back asleep :D

-loves for you to talk with him about them

-told you it was 'nothing' and than grabbed you (nicely)
