here are the apology types for those who don't know:
Accept Responsibility- enjoy when people take responsibility for the actions taken by themselves [*cough cough* this is mine *cough*]
Expressing Regret- these people like it when others admit that you hurt them, owe them an apology, and regret your actions
Planned Change- these people appreciate when you acknowledge that you hurt them and will plan to change overtime
Request Forgiveness- enjoy it when they hear... [An example would be] "I'm sorry for missing dinner, I hope you will forgive me" [has the word 'forgive' in the sentence when they apologize]
Make Restitution- the type of people who like to hear the justification or explanation for one's wrongdoing
