CHAPTER 3

For the next two days we practiced her speech and today was Monday, and I had school. Vega have been sleeping on the ground, I put a mattress for her and gave her extra sheets and a pillow so she can sleep comfortably. The alarm went off and she slammed my phone against the wall because she said it bothered her sleep. OBVIOUSLY, that's what's it's for.

"Repeat what we learned yesterday?" I said as I brushed her teeth while she sat on the bathroom toilet. She spat and washed her mouth and smiled at me.

"My name is Vega Royals, I'm 17 and I'm a student from Russia" she said following after me to the living room, she had a simple black shirt and jeans while I just had some basketball short and a white shirt.

"Do you have your ID?" I asked, we spent last night making her a fake identity that she turned into a real thing with whatever powers she had. She was officially, Vega Royals from Russia and she seemed pretty excited with her new identity.

"Yes human" she replied showing me her ID, I handed her an extra bag I had in my room and pulled her out of the door. I had a car but it got me to school way to fast, but since I had a guest I might as well take it.

"You should probably stop calling me human, that'll be weird to them." I told her as we both got in the car, she stared at it and I thought maybe she's never seen a car before.

"This is a car, we use it to d-" she cut me off and put her seatbelt on.

"You still have wheels on your vehicles?" She asked surprised, she looked so excited to get in the car. Like it was one antique thing that she always wanted to see.

"Oh" I said simply, she tapped her hands on her legs softly as I drove us towards school. The gates started to appear and the sea of teenagers came to our view.

I don't know why, but I was very nervous. I've always arrived late so I don't see people, but today we were on time and I was starting to regret my decision. I parked the car and took a deep breath, Vega was staring in amazement at the different people and different culture.

"You ready?" I asked and she nodded with a smile. We got out the car and as expected everyone was staring at us, more like at her, she of course was staring back.

"Why they look at me like that?" She asked me curiously, I grabbed her bicep and pulled her towards the administration.

"That's because you're hot" I explained, she stopped and I was unable to pull her anymore, it's like she was a bolder.

"Hot? Why?" She looked down at her clothes confused, I sighed and let go of her arm looking up at her, why was she so tall my neck hurt from staring upwards.

"They find you attractive to look at, in a different meaning, you are beautiful" her smile went wider and she leaned down closer to my face catching me by surprise. We were in the middle of the hallway, everyone was still walking around and they were probably staring at us.

"In my planet when two find each other beautiful...they mate" She said in all seriousness but she had a small smile, she was making me nervous and I was probably blushing so hard.

"Look what we have her" I heard a voice say behind me, Vega looked up as she stared at the girl behind me. I inhaled then let out a long sigh, Vega was now staring at me with curiosity.

"The lesbian got herself a girl" Cheryl said when I looked at her, she was smirking at me while her minions stared at Vega up and down.

"What I do is none of your concern" I mumbled grabbing Vega's hand and pulled her away only to trip on Cheryl's leg.

I felt a hand wrap around my waist and pull me back before I hit my face on the floor.

Vega was pressing my back against her front with her hand still on my stomach, I was frozen in my place and I couldn't pull myself away from her grip.

"Watch where you put your leg" Vega said with a blank face, she said it jn such a calm voice like she was threatening to cut Cheryl's leg. The bitch and her minions were too surprised to reply to her and me....well, I was still blushing like crazy. I felt her hand lay on the arch of my back, and gently guide me away from the girls.

"Human" she whispered looking down at me, her eyes were the bluest color and I was wondering how can someone have such beautiful eyes then I remembered she wasn't human.

"Where's the administration? As you call it" she said looking around, I cleared my throat and I pointed to the end of the hallway. I was trying to ignore the heat in my cheeks when the receptionist smiled at me.

"Good morning miss, we're here for the transfer student" I said politely, she typed on her pc for a second then looked back at me and Vega.

"We have nothing about a new... wait nevermind found her." She chuckeld asked Vega for her ID, after getting her papers and our schedules we went to our class immediately.

"Okay class, we have a new student. Would you like to introduce yourself" the teacher said when we went inside, I took a seat while Vega stood next to him. She gave me a confused look and I smiled giving her thumbs up.

"My name is Vega Royals and I'm a student from Russia" she said simply and made her way to me, thankfully there was an empty seat on my left.

"You did good" I leaned whispering in her ear, she was staring at me with a smile. She nodded her head and sat there in silence while the teacher started his lesson.

First period went by smoothly, vega got few whistles from guys but she didn't bother looking at them or pay them any attention.

We were heading towards the locker rooms because we had PE next, Vega was glued to my side as we made our way inside. The other girls were already changing, I avoided looking at any of them and we just went to a bench.

"You said not to do this in public" Vega whispered while staring at me confused, she said that because everyone was stripping to wear running shorts or sweats.

"You can't run with jeans Vega, here.." I handed her extra shorts that I had in my locker. She sat on the bench and started pulling down her pants carelessly, I could see the bump in her black boxers and I was pretty sure the other girls did too. I looked up and they all were staring at her bulge in surprise. I quickly stood in front of her as she put her shorts on.

"Let's go" I said hurriedly as I pulled her out of the lockers, she was just excited to be here, she didn't know that rumors traveled faster than wind in this school and by now all those girls who saw what was between her legs have texted it to the rest of their friends.

My theory was indeed correct because as soon as we walked to the court, all the students were staring at her, at us.

So much for keeping everything undercover.
