Victoria pov
I followed Bruce as agent Coulson led us to a circular table where the other members of the Avengers Initiative were either sitting or standing.
"Thor" I said as I whispered. "Ah Tori nice to see you again" Thor said. I walked over and hugged my brother.
"Why are you here. Not that I'm not happy to see my big brother or anything" I say.
"Father sent me to get Loki and the Tesseract" Thor said. "Oh and anything else he wanted you to to get" I asked. I refuse to admit that I did actually miss Asgard.
"Father wants you home Tortorella" Thor said. "I thought we agreed on never calling me Tortorella" I said.
"Come on you love it" Thor said. "I don't love it Thor. I hate it" I said.
"Well come home we all miss you" Thor said. "I visited when Loki sent the destroyer to alienate you"I said.
"That was a year ago. I miss you sister" Thor said.
"I miss you as well but you know why I don't want to come home" I said.
Thor pov
"If it makes you feel better Antonio got married a century ago" I said. "Good for him" Victoria said.
"Come home sister" I said. "You don't get to make that choice for me Thor I'm happy here" Victoria said.
Victoria pov
After that little chat with my brother I decided to focus on the conversation.
No one pov
The others watch on the monitor Loki getting interrogated. Banner and Odindottir looks at the monitor, intently.
In the Helicarrier detention center
Loki pov
"The mindless beast, makes play he's still a man. How desperate are you, that you call upon such lost creatures to defend you? You even call upon my sister be glad she's still a woman and not the goddess who can destroy this flying fortress with just one touch" I said.
"How desperate am I? You threaten my world with war. You steal a force you can't hope to control. You talk about peace and you kill cause it's fun. You have made me very desperate. You might not be glad that you did" Fury says.
"Ooh. It burns you to come so close. To have the Tesseract, to have power, unlimited power. And for what? A warm light for all mankind to share, and then to be reminded what real power is" I said. I know what I'm doing I plan on destroying this precious team that the director created. Thor and Victoria shall feel my wrath.
"Well, you let me know if Real Power wants a magazine or something" Fury says as he smiles.
Clever but it won't work director.
No one pov
Steve and Victoria watched until the monitor goes black. Thor, who didn't even look, just listened, stands there, torn apart. They all just stand there in stunned silence.
Bruce pov
"He really grows on you, doesn't he?" I said. "He's not so bad. He has his good moments" Victoria says. How does she continue to see the good in the world even after living for so long.
"Loki's gonna drag this out. So, Thor, what's his play?" Steve asked.
"You could ask me that question Rogers. Is it because I'm a woman you didn't want to ask because if so then that's terribly rude" Victoria says. I couldn't help but smile at her sure she just insulted Captain America but I love her even more. I just met the girl how can I love her. She must think I'm crazy I kissed her a few minutes ago. I'm crazy I definitely am.
