"I know it's you." Someone said, as Carly took out her Hamlet book to take home. She turned her head to see Devi furiously walking towards her.

"What's me?" Carly asked.

"You're my troll." Devi said.

Carly was confused. "Troll?"

"I know it's you who's sending me these messages. Paxton isn't who you think he is. I was like you." Devi read from her phone.

Carly couldn't care less about this conversation. She didn't have time for this girl's crazy drama. That's who she was. She sucked the life out of everyone and it was exhausting. Imagine how her friends feel.

"Are you done?"

Devi scoffed. "Not even close. C'mon Carly. I know I stole your boyfriend and everything but I thought we were over this. I didn't think you'd stoop so low."

"You have my number Devi." Carly said.

"Yeah so? For all we know it could be from a burner phone."

Carly sighed, shutting her locker. "As much as I'm so interested in this conversation, I have practice to attend."

"Just admit you're my troll." Devi stopped the girl by grabbing her wrist.

Carly stared at her grip on her wrist. "Let go."

"Not until you admit you're my troll."

"I am not your fucking troll Devi. I don't care who Paxton dates. I certainly don't care who you date. So I'm not gonna ask again, let go." Carly said, glaring at the girl. Any minute now she was gonna punch the girl.

"So you're not my troll?" Devi asked, a little embarrassed.

Carly shook her head. "No."

"Prove it."

Carly did not have time for this. She was over this conversation and judging from the time on her apple watch, she was gonna be late to practice if she didn't end this conversation. "Here."

Devi quickly took her hands off her wrist and took the phone and scrolled through everything. Carly was secure; she had nothing to hide on her phone. Her Wattpad account was deleted from her history so people didn't know she wrote fanfiction stories in her free time.

"Oh, you were right." Devi said, handing the girl back her phone.

"Uh huh." Carly said unamused.

"Sorry I thought..."

Carly nodded, already walking away from the girl. "Yeah well I'm not. So if you'll excuse me, no thanks to you, I'm late to practice."

"I'm sorry Carly." Devi watched the girl's disappearing figure down the hallway. She felt bad about what just happened. She was already feeling so insecure about her relationship with Paxton that she tried blaming on the one person that had nothing to do with it.

She just thought Carly had this vendetta against the girl because she was dating her ex-boyfriend. But Devi will soon realize the problem about her relationship with Paxton wasn't because of any of his exs, but because of herself.
