{this chapter takes place 2 days before issei meets asia but rias has already told him everything about the supernatural and plot twist he has already destroyed raynare and the church and he also has already unlocked his sacred gear before meeting rias}

(Scene opens up at the dark of night with rias clutching a missing arm issei who is all bloody and beaten and unconscious as cell watches from on top of a building watching them leave)

REWIND:

(scene opens up to cell inside the hotels gym working out to get stronger for any battle he got into as he is using the highest level on the bar pulling machine pulling it without any problems because of al the people he has absorbed was giving him exceptional power and strength)

Cell: all this equipment is super weak i need a better challenge

(kuroka comes up to him wearing a sports bra and shorts sweating as she drinks form a water bottle which she got all this stuff from a box of stuff that cell stole from the absorbed people and just luckily some of the clothes were fitting her and her massive chest and bubble butt)

Kuroka: you could always look for an opponent

Cell: what do you mean an opponent I got you to fight

Kuroka: well I don't think I can take your ass kickings any more and i mean go find someone to battle and after your done testing your abilities and strength then you can just absorb them and leave plus you will just get stronger after the fact

Cell: that is a good idea but who in the world could possibly take my power

Kuroka: well the red dragon emperor just awoke his power and killed 4 fallen angels and blew up a church with his own power

Cell: awesome where is he

Kuroka: it's in kuoh i figured it out when searching for my sister one day i sensed the dragon emperor inside of him so he probably unlocked it but not to his full potential he isn't even close to getting his balance breaker from what i felt with my senjutsu

Cell: good i'll just fly to kuoh and kill him

Kuroka: except now you're a wanted man if people see you they will get the authorities

Cell: i'm bulletproof and basically magic proof so what the fuck are they gonna do

Kuroka: yes but as {guy from 2 chapters ago} showed us your not indestructible even in a fake form and if you get the attention of a high class devil or worse the power of the 4 satans they will kill you (thinking) and I can't loose you

Cell: well then I'll just have to take a taxi ride or something then

Kuroka: well you will need a plane to get to kuoh

Cell: what why

Kuroka: well a dragon named trihexa the 666 apocalypse beast accidently slightly escaped its prison but was eventually locked back up but it destroyed 25% of the city and the surrounding palace filled with water so it only accessible by plane or boat

Cell: interesting but it begs the question who the hell is trihexa

Kuroka: well she once was a dragon that was created by several entities called 'dias of the fallen' they used the power of Ophis and great red to create a dragon that had enough power to max the both of them combined and it killed the 'dais of the fallen' and started destroying the world but with the help of forbidden seals and god and Satan's power they locked that dragon in another dimension and other than the kuoh incident it hasn't harmed a soul but if it ever got out it could destroy the entire world and now nobody could stop her
