Lo and behold, Neville was holding the wooden box. Harry's mouth went agape as he just stared. How did he even get this?

"Here." Neville shoved the wood into Potter's chest and ran off. Before the confused lover boy could even register what happened, Longbottom was long gone.

"I've got to tell Ron and Hermione." He whispered. Tucking the object under his cloak, he ran off into the corridors to the common room. The halls were a bit crowded and although he almost ran into someone, he made it out alright.

"Password?" The Fat Lady peered down at the fifth year.

"Gabberwonky."

The portrait swung open and Potter toppled inside. Hermione was near the fireplace reading her next chapter for Defense Against the Dark Arts. Opposite of her was Ron playing wizarding chess.

"Guys!" Harry readjusted his glasses and sped towards his friends. "You won't believe what Neville just gave me." He dropped the wooden container on Ron's board.

"Bloody hell, Harry!" Ron shouted. He clutched his head in shock before staring at his best friend accusingly. "And I was winning, too!"

"You can rematch another time, Ron." Hermione chided. She looked at her perplexed friend. "But what is the box doing here? I thought it flew away."

"It did," Harry stammered. "But you won't believe who gave it back to me?"

"I thought it flies back on its own." Hermione's furrowed her brown in confusion.

"Exactly!" Harry snapped his fingers. "Except Neville gave me the box!"

"What?!" Ron shot it from his seat. Sweat slipped down his cheeks "I thought it wasn't- I mean you'd reckon he knows?"

"He's got to." Hermione paced around the room. "And that means..."

"He knows the one who wrote to me." Harry realized.

"Exactly." Hermione grinned. "I think it's time we talk to our fellow Gryffindor, am I right?"
