"Jason!" I yell. I run out to recess and Jason comes straight to me.
"What's up?" He asks, "you were in the office for a really long time. I was getting worried."
"Well, as suspected Kimberly has said that I was doing something wrong. And that thing is physical abuse. She must have known about us last night because there was footage of somebody with my same hair color and style physically abusing her. She used good acting skills, though. She was crying pretty well today. And she must have used makeup for bruises. Anyway, the only way I won't get expelled is if we convince the principal that last night I was texting you and that Kimberly stole my phone, because guess what? She stole my phone." I say quickly.
"Woah, slow down there," he says, "You need me to help you prove your innocence? I can do that, but how do we know they're going to listen to us? How can we prove that Kimberly stole your phone and that I'm just not lying to protect you, because boy, Jackson spreads news like a wildfire. Many people have given me a high five for 'getting you.' I think it's weird." He adds a little grin at the end and winks at me.
I giggle and say, "That is one problem. Kimberly could say that you're just defending me. We need to get a way to mess with the phone somehow so Kimberly will be caught. I could a blue dye dispenser onto the phone and it will stain her hands blue long enough so we could convince the principal and we would get my phone back to prove the evidence. Or we could just show your phone."
"I left my phone at home," he says, "and where will you get a blue dye dispenser?"
"I have a pen and I know how to break it and make the ink spill at a certain time." I reply.
"Ok, how will we get our hands on the phone?" He asks.
"Not sure, but I could put it on the phone during a passing period and then she would be caught blue handed." I reply.
"Good, so we have a plan. Now we need to get it in action. You can make the dye dispenser during music, put it on the phone on the way to our next class, then go down to the office then, and I will go with you for added evidence, and we will have Kimberly caught and maybe suspended." He says.
"Suspended? Hopefully it's just detention for a couple days. I may not like Kimberly, and she may not like me, but she's my sorta friend and I don't want her to be in too much trouble." I say.
"Ok, lets hope for just detention." He replies. Then the duties blow their whistles. It's time for band and to get this plan in action.
A/N I just wanted to remind you, I don't support stereotypes and whatever and blackmail is bad for you and others so just don't and yeah.
