The letter of the raven arrived to the north, the household of the Starks. Lord Eddard Stark was given the letter from his wife, the lady of the winterfell Catelyn Stark. Both of them could not understand why the king and queen were coming all this way to the north. But they had no choice in the matter, they needed to clean up the castle for the royal visit. About a month to get everything ready for the royal visit, Lady Catelyn got the rooms and the food along with the drinks that will be needed for the feast when the King and Queen arrives in the north.
All of the Starks and the members of their household gotten ready for the royal visit. Dressed in their finest clothes they had for the royal visit, the daughters of Lord Eddard Stark were dressed and the hair done in the northern way as the sons of the family were dressed as strong men. Lined up ready for the king and court along with their court, Eddard Stark had worry in his bones, he was wondering what the king had in mind to come all this way. The king wanted something and Eddard was going to find out what the king wants.
