Veronica walked passed a lacrosse player she didn't know the name of. She had accidentally brushed against his shoulder. “Sorry.” She said without looking back. She hadn't realized the camera in his hand, the photo of her, or Melissa McCall who felt suspicious. She got into her car and let out a shaky breath.

She pressed her hands against the steering wheel and punched it hard, causing her car's horn to beep loudly,“Hey. Veronica what's wrong?” She jumped slightly and rolled up her window,“Ronnie come on.” he said knocking on her window.

    “Just go away.” Veronica said.

    “What's wrong?” he asked loudly.

“Look, I don't need anyone seeing me cry.” She said, looking away from him and wiping her eyes.

“Oh, come on, Ronnie.” he said, his heart shattered for the girl who thought she was losing her mind. “Look, you shouldn't care if people see you cry, alright? Especially you.”

    “Why?”

“Because I think you look really beautiful when you cry.” he said. She smiled at him softly before she unlocked her car door. He took a step back and watched as she got out and leaned against the door. “Want to talk about it?”

“You're gonna think I'm crazy.” She told him.

“It's too late for that. I've thought you were crazy my entire life.”

“It's just- I think there's something wrong with me.. I mean there's these moments where I get angry and I hurt the people I care about most. Like last night with Scott.”

Stiles looked back at the school anxiously. “I have to get the bestiary from Gerard's office. You want to come with me really fast?” She gave him a look, like he was insane. “Look.. Ronnie. You're not crazy.”

    “Okay, fine.”

Veronica watched Stiles dig through Gerard's desk. “There's no book.” he got his phone out and texted Allison.

Veronica jumped slightly when she looked at the door. “Oh!”

    “Hello, Stiles.” Erica said.

Erica dragged Stiles by the ear, she tried to drag Veronica as well, but Veronica smacked her hand away. She walked them to the pool room, where they seen Derek. “Ah, yeah.” Stiles said as though it was obvious.

    “Stiles.”

    “Derek.”

    “Veronics.”

“I would just like to point out that you're not the boss of me because I'm not your beta so I don't have to do anything you tell me to do.” Veronica spoke fastly.

“What did you see in the mechanics garage. Veronica here won't tell me a thing.”

“Uh... Several alarming EPA violations that I'm seriously considering reporting.” Veronica turned and gave him an odd look. Derek and Erica chuckled before Derek inflated a basket ball. “Holy god.” Stiles said as Veronica rolled her eyes.

    “Let's try that again.”

“When have you ever known me to be scared of you, Derek?” Veronica said.

“Alright. The thing was pretty sick looking. uh.. skin was dark. Kind of patterned. I think I actually saw scales. Is that enough.”

He glanced over at Veronica who shook her head exasperatedly. “I am never ever robbing a bank with you.” She said in a quiet voice.
