Veronica walked up to the counter and placed the bottle of tequila down. As she opened her wallet, she had seen out the corner of her eye, Gerard and another hunter walk into the gas station as well. She tried to ignore them but they were literally stranding right behind her. She reached into her hoodie sleeve and handed the cashier her fake Id, paid for gas and went outside. She got onto her phone and dialed Derek who she's learned to have on speed dial.

"Hello?" She heard him say as she grabbed the gas pump.

"Hey. I'm surrounded by a bunch of hunters right now at the gas station on elm street." She said. "Gerard's here."

"Do you want me to send someone to get you?" He asked through the phone, he sounded thoroughly concerned for her. Veronica put the nozzle into her car.

"No. I'll probably be fine. I just wanted you to know incase I'm a little late getting back." She said,"Gotta go. They're coming out." Veronica tossed her phone inside her car and looked over at the pump. She offered the hunter's a smile and grabbed the gas pump and put it up. When she turned around Gerard was right behind her which made her jump, of course she knew he was right there. "It's not nice to sneak up on a girl, Principal Argent." She told him. It was hard to be polite, knowing that if he wanted her dead she would've been on the floor already.

"This is a nice car you got here, Ms. Navarro." He said. "Are the seats suede?" he asked curiously looking in.

"Actually yes. White suede. I have to get it cleaned at least once a month. It stains very easily." she said, brushing her hands against her leggings briefly.

"So I had a talk with your friend Scott." Gerard said.

"Really?" Veronica asked uncomfortably.

"Yeah. And we were wondering if you shared some of the same abilities." He said.

"If you're speaking about Lacrosse then no. I'm just the manager. Honestly I much prefer doing che- AH!" Veronica screamed in pain as one of the hunters behind her pushed something through he shoulder.

"It doesn't feel like she's healing."

Veronica glared at them angrily. "If you wanted to know if I was a werewolf the answer would technically be no. I am however a very pissed off witch so I suggest you leave if you don't want to have your insides coating the parking lot" She threatened. Using her magic she pushed the hunter behind her away and into his car. "You don't want a Navarro Witch as your enemy, Gerard." she scrunched her hand and said,"Boom." The empty car he came in exploded across the street. Gerard looked over and when he looked back Veronica was getting into her car. She drove away fast enough to leave skidmarks on the pavement.

"Fuck!" Veronica screamed in pain, the sound was only heard in her car, her windows were all the way up. She felt tears stinging her eyes from the amount of pain she was in. Veronica's free hand was shakily dialing Scott's number the best she could.

"Veronica?" he answered.

"You never told me Gerard knew about you." She sounded angrier than she wanted to be. Truth was she was angry at Scott. She was loatheful of Gerard.

"What happened? Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I'm gonna fine. I'll tell you at school okay? Love you, bye." Veronica walked into the abandoned train station and hung up on Scott. "Derek!" She called out. She couldn't stop the fact that she was crying.

Isaac and Erica came down the stairs and looked out her in shock. Her shoulder was dripping blood all over her body and clothes, along with the floor. "What happened?" Isaac asked rushing down the stairs.
