'Hyejin! Wake up.' Her brother yells. 'Your alarm went off 30 minutes ago. You've got school remember.' He continues. 'Right, thanks' She rubs her eyes and sits up in her bed. Her head hurts. 'Mom made you hangover soup. Hurry.'

She hears her brother say while walking past her bedroom door. She holds her head, trying to remember what happened the night before. It's a blank page. She doesn't remember anything. 'Sung-Min. What happened yesterday?' She asks him quickly before he walks down the stairs. 'I don't know, Elijah joined you, You should ask him instead. Now get your ass up.' She finally gets up while taking a sip of water from a bottle on her nightstand.

After getting dressed she finishes her bowl of soup and grabs her motor keys. 'You're late.. again. And look at your eyes. Did you sleep long enough?' Her mother asks concerned while checking the cabins for some hang over medicine. 'I don't remember going to bed. When did I get back home?' Hyejin asks waiting for her mother to answer. She always gets distracted when doing too many things at the same time. 'Mom?'

'Right, sorry. I don't know. Late for sure, you should ask that friend of yours. Or your father.' She handed Hyejin a pill and another glass of water. 'Don't forget to drink enough and take the car to school today. You're motorcycle can stay at home for a day.' Her mom takes her keys from her and gives her the car keys. 'Really mom? Just because of a hang over?' She asks almost begging for the other keys. 'You don't remember anything. So yes, really. Now go, and take your brother with you.'

When they arrive at school Hyejin calls Elijah. Instead of getting him on the other side of the line she gets his voicemail over and over again. 'He must be knocked out from yesterday.' She flinched when her friend Miles stood in front of her out of no where. 'Holy shit. You scared the fuck out of me.' She pushes him softly and they start walking together. 'So how is he?' He asks. 'I don't know he's not picking up.' She moves her phone in his face showing the amount of voicemails she left him. 5 to be exact.

'Not him. The one you went home with. The hot dude.' She freezes on the spot. 'What? I went home with someone?'

'Not only that. You made out with him. Probably fucked him too. Who knows what else, you where all over him. Don't you remember?' Her eyes widen. 'Shut the fridge.' She buries her face in her hands out of absolute emberrasment. 'Hey girl, no worries. He was totally it. Like hot as hell and a great guy.'

He throws his arm around her, almost having to push her forward to enter the school. 'Why would you let me go with him?' She asks him just a bit too loud. 'No need to shout. I told you he was a nice guy. Believe me, I would never let anyone take you home if he was a walking red flag.' He said messing up her hair. 'It's good that he was hot though.. I think.' she says not being sure how to feel about any of it.

They walk to class together and take a seat when they arrive. Since they're in their last year at university an extra classes where added on their schedule. With not only new students, but also a new professor who will become their mentor for the rest of the year. Their previous one got fired before the summer break. The classroom slowly got filled with students, all waiting for their professor to show up.

'Late on his first day. I like him already.' Miles starts. 'Maybe he's stuck in traffic. Happens to you all the time.' Hyejin said trying to talk good about a man she never even met. 'Or he's just sucking someone's-' Miles dirty talk was interupted by Elijah who loudly sat down next to them being completely out of breath

'Hyejin- I, you, he.' Elijah says while still catching his breath. 'I left you 5 voicemails? Yes exactly.' She says interrupting him. 'You're getting on her bad side Elijah. Not the best way to start right after break. Not good.' Miles said pushing even more buttons of irritation. 'Shut up! Hyejin, the person you hooked up with is-'
