Hyejin slowely opened her eyes. A bright white light was shining into her burning eyes. She tried to open them more but the light was too intense. She felt around with her hands sending a shock of pain through her hands. 'Hyejin?' She heard someone say her name. She couldn't quite place the voice with a person she knew. But it was oddly familiar.

'Is the light to bright?' The man asked and walked through the room dimming the lights. She opened them again, this time she was able to open them fully without any pain or hessitation.

'Where am I?' She asked vaguely. Her voice sounded weak and raspy. 'You're in the hospital.' the man walked to the side of her bed. She could see him and their eyes locked. 'Alexander?'

The man smiled being amused by her answer. 'Correct.' he said as she sat back up. Alexander was her mentor at college. They were really close and spoke everyday. She could tell him anything anytime, they were almost like family you could say. He was like an older brother to her but when she graduated they drifted appart from each other.

Something you should remember is that people talked a lot about them back than, spread rumors. They could laugh about it now, but back then in only caused them trouble. Alexander almost got fired and she almost had to drop out due to her grades that were dropping.

'It's great to see you again. Just not to happy looking at the circumstances you're in.' he added and helped her sit up. 'What do you mean? What am I doing here?' she asked and held her head. 'You fell into a shock making you faint. You hit the ground with your head so I assume you have a bad headache.' he said and grabbed a glass of water that was on the nightstand. 'Shock, nosebleed? I fainted? Why?' she asked once more. 'You don't remember?' he seemed concerned. 'No.'

The door opened and Sung- min entered the room. 'Hey sis.. how are you feeling?' He asked her confusing her even more. 'What happened?' she kept repeating the question taking a sip from the water and handing it back to Alexander. 'You don't remember?' he asked and looked at the doctor. 'I haven't told her yet, it's a family matter.' he said and walked to the door leaving them together. 'Call me if you need anything, I will share all information with you later.' he walked out.

-TRIGGER WARNING-

'Can you please just tell me what happend.' she asked him starting to get irritated by their strange behaviour. Avoiding questions leaving her wonder what happend. 'Mom passed away.' he said, waisting no more time. Hyejin felt like she was choking on water. She started breathing louder, panicking. 'Hey hey, breathe!' He said to her not knowing what to do. He saw the red button and pushed it. She started hyperventilating as Alexander rushed back in being followed by a nurse. She panicked even more seeing people enter the room.

She punched herself, slapping herself in her face and her chest. 'Hyejin.. look at me.' he rushed to her side. 'Breathe in and breathe out. Slowly.' she could see Elijah and her dad enter the room. 'Take them all out!' He shouted at the nurse.

She flinched and coughed still not being able to get any air. 'I need you to focus on my words. Take deep breaths. In.' he guides her by also breathing in and out on his counts. 'And out. Good job. You're doing great. Remember, in and out.' as soon as another doctor enters he asks for a wet towel or an iced pack. She started hitting herself again. 'Don't do that. Focus on your breathing.' He got a hold of her hands stopping her from hurting herself.

'You're doing great love. In... out... deep breaths. Good.' She slowely became calmer. When the doctor came back with a wet towel and fresh water Alex held the cup in front of Hyejin offering it to her but she was still shaking to much. He helped her drink and put the towel in her neck. Trying to cool her down. 'You're doing great.' He still says while he holds one of her hands and holding the towel in her neck with his other hand
