This is Hestia, Greek goddess of hearths! She also presides over sacrifices, particularly the ones in hearths. She's a virgin goddess like Artemis and Athena as well. Overall, Hestia's just a chill goddess, there aren't many instances where she caused a bunch of problems (unlike *cough* Zeus *cough*)
For the PJO fans, I've seen memes where Percy's saying that Hestia is the only goddess who hasn't f-cked up his life in one way or another which is oddly true lmao
