This is Hel! She's the ruler of Helheim, the underworld in Norse Mythology. Some myths say that she's a daughter of Loki, but her origins vary. She's most similar to Hades in Greek mythology, since they both preside over the realm of the dead, but she's also been compared to the Hindu goddess Kali since they both "represent the horrors of slaughter and decay."
This was a fun piece to experiment with! I've seen a lot of artist interpretations of her with one half as a skeleton type thing and the other half as a typical girl, so I decided to give it a try lol
