This is Eros! He's the Greek god of carnal love and desire, since he's a son of Aphrodite. He's basically the inspiration behind cupids on Valentine's day. He made people fall in love by shooting arrows through their hearts, so if you've ever fallen a bit too hard for someone, blame this guy :')
He's also a main figure in the myth of Psyche, since he was sent to shoot an arrow through her heart but ended up falling in love with her instead. He couldn't show his face to her and reveal that he was actually him, so he would only meet her in the dark.
