8: Apo's New Life Part Two.

(Apo POV)

We had just finished our class when we thought of waiting for Jimmy and we also joined Jane who is also our new friend.

"I'm sorry I'm late," Jimmy told us.

"What happened to your face?" I'm worried because he has a bruise on his face.

"Is this not a sign of a real man," Jimmy said as he held his face.

I asked him again because he still managed to make a joke.

"This is just my stupidity and because you put chili in my eyes," he said and pointed at her while pretending to cry.

"I'm sorry," I said.

"Here we are, you haven't picked up Jane yet," I said to Jimmy and I introduced him to Jane.

"Okay," Jimmy said as he acted as a bodyguard

"Why are you walking away?" asked Jimmy.

"I don't know that, let's call the mental one, " Boom said and so did Neo and Auo who pretended not to know him.

Later, Jimmy asked if they have social media and they said yes so they exchanged their social media except for me because I don't like social media.

"How are you, aren't  your senior bully anymore?" I asked Jimmy.

"It looks like P'Sea hasn't moved on from us yet because looking at Jimmy earlier, he almost killed Jimmy," Neo said and I just shook my head when we saw Jimmy's senior and his companions.

"Oh, your ex-husband is here, Sea," he joked and his companions laughed.

"You've been following me up to this point," he said seriously.

"Maybe you were following me when I was here," said Jimmy and we ignored them and continued our conversation and there were no seniors behind them.

Jane's pick-up isn't here yet, so we went on a sound trip first.

Boom suggested that we have a dance battle while Jane's pick-up is still out.

Then we pulled Jane and they started dancing to anything on Boom's playlists, when we finished we laughed while we were so tired.

Jane's phone answered and she excused herself to us and when she came back she was sad.

We asked what happened to him.

"I can't pick her up because my step-sister is with her and my stepmom is having a family dinner. I'll just go home alone," she said sadly and said goodbye to us and she also apologized for bothering us.

"You won't go home alone, we'll just accompany you home, even more, there now rapist, it's better to have someone with you, six of us are your bodyguards," I said to Jane and our other friends agreed.

"Thank you, but I'm used to it because I'm not like my step-sister who is beautiful and can be presented to their guests because I'm a freak," said Jane and she bowed.

"It's fun to be a freak so don't get down on yourself, then you're beautiful," Jimmy tells Jane

"Thank you for being my friend," Jane said to them.

"Then we'll teach you self-defense, we'll back you up," Pepper told him.

"You need a boyfriend, we're here," Jimmy said to Jane and she laughed.

"Thank you," Jane said to us and we were just surprised when someone spoke to us, their senior.

"You even turned this campus into a karaoke bar," said Jimmy's senior.

We apologized to them and Jimmy told us to go first because we brought Jane.

We went to the parking lot and got into Auo's car.

Jimmy was sleeping soundly next to me, on the other hand, Jane had also fallen asleep. Auo and I are now in the car.

Jimmy was still gaping as he snored softly.

We traveled in silence because Jane's house was a little far away, so you played Auo.

"I don't like their seniors," Boom told me.

"I think they're nice," I told Boom.

"Yes, who is singing, and what is the title of their song?" I will ask.

"Better By Myself, by Underdog," said Auo then I just kept quiet and listened to the song of the underdog that seemed familiar to me.

Until we got to Jane's house and I was awake and so was Jimmy but he said it was five minutes.

"I gave you Spicy Korean Beef Noodles," Jimmy woke up immediately.

"Thank you for the delivery and be careful on the trip," Jane was about to enter when we saw her father's car.

Jane just smiled and she entered their house and they were left outside Jane's house.

"Apo, let's go, I know it's on your mind but don't go on," said Jimmy who became serious when they got into Auo's car.

"I don't like Jane's parents as well as her stepsister," I said to Jimmy.

"I don't like them either because you have to live with them because they are Jane's family," Jimmy told me.

"I know their house is beautiful from the front, but inside, Jane's family is just showy people," Pepper told us.

We even talked about school and somehow we forgot that we were riding in Auo's car.

"How much are we here?" Boom asked

"I'm not a taxi driver," Auo told us.

"You're there, sorry we didn't pay attention to you," Neo said and gave us a dirty finger.

"Thank you," I said and we got out of his car.

The next day, I was off work and I had already started my part-time when my friend called me that his boss was asking for extras and the payment was high.

I immediately went because it was close to my part-time job, then my work was over, when I was there I saw my friend and
production team watches an audition submission from a young man who acts with intensity, delivering a desperate plea to immediately deploy a rescue team for the victims of a collapsed bridge and asks The producer seems intrigued by me according to my friend.

I stand guard backstage for a famous actor at an awards show, and the girl tries to get past me. She insists that she needs to settle her break-up, and although I received specific orders not to let her in, I barely put up a fight and decided to let her "forcefully" enter.

As soon as she enters the room, she slaps her ex and gives him a mouthful about his insulting behavior after their break-up. When he talks back, she slaps him again and runs off. I look surprised by the escalation and claim that I did my best to guard the door. The actor doesn't believe me and slaps me hard.

I was surprised by what he did and I slowly reaches for the cut on my face and gets fired up when he sees blood. The actor belittles me for taking a lowly guard job, but I drop the formalities because we're the same age, and that provokes the actor to throw another punch when I touch his hand.

"Let me go," he said as I held his hand.

I wanted to punch him but I held back because I didn't want my friend to get into trouble. I let go of his hand and said goodbye to him.
