Chapter 13: Only Time Can Tell.

"I'M A GIRL?!" You yell.

"Well uh, yeah..." Ruby says sheepishly.

"... WHY?!"

"F/N kind of gave you something like gender dysphoria using a certain spell, and this was how to fix it." Dad says.

"So I'm a girl for the rest of my life now?"

"Oh no no no, don't worry. If you choose to you can open your Time-Lord watch and return back to normal."

"My what now?"

"Your Time-Lord watch? The one I used to return to a Time-Lord when I turned into a human?"

"Uh, I think I don't have one..."

"What? But every Time-Lord has one!"

"There's a first for everything right?"

"Uh, guys?" Ruby asks.

"Yeah Rubes?"

"Do you mean this watch?" She says as she opens a silver pocket-watch with black Gallifreyan writing on it.

"No don't open it!" Dad tries to say but Ruby seems to be caught in some kind of trance, a voice can be heard for everyone in the Tardis. Past, present and future things you will say.

"Look at you, not remotely important! But me, I could do so much more! And this is my reward. Well it isn't fair!"

"One more question, just one. Is this world protected?"

"I have watched universes freeze and creations burn! I have seen things you wouldn't believe!"

"And we're off fingers on buzzers! Are you feeling lucky? Are you ready to play the game?"

"On your feet dad, you're not done yet. In case you've forgotten, you have your own reasons for coming."

"Ruby Rose, that's a spectacular name, like it's from a fairytale."

You snatch the watch from her hands and she seems to snap out of it. Though, you get surrounded by a white glow, which fades and you're back to normal. Faunus features included.

"That was surprisingly painless." You say.

"... What was that voice?" Ruby asks.

"Me. Past, present and future. I think."

"Why do you think so?"

"Well, I've never heard some of those sentences but I can definitely see myself saying those. And remember what I said when we first met?"

"That my name was as if it'd come from a fairy tail."

You smile and wink at Ruby which leaves her blushing a tiny bit. Not enough for you to notice.

"Son, you still have gold eyes." Dad says.

"I do? Huh... Odd."

"We'll look into that, in the meantime we should really get back." Ozpin says.

"Yes of course." You say.

All of you exit your Tardis and go back to the cafeteria to find the rest of team RWBY and JNPR comforting F/N. Everything falls quiet when you and the rest walk into the cafeteria. You walk over to F/N and stop in front of her.

"No hard feelings right?" You ask.

F/N looks confused.

"You're... Okay with what I did?" She replies.

"Oh I'm far from okay with it. What you did was stupid. But I do forgive you. Just don't do it again please. Or... Whatever you did to knock me out. I don't really know what happened after you whispered something to me."

"Oh... Okay."

"So, you're not going back. That means we have to get you a place, correct?" You ask basically everyone.

Everyone nods.

"I could see if I can get Ironwood to enroll her." Ozpin proposes.

"No, anything but Ironwood." Dad says.

"I'm fine with just having a nice house somewhere, I won't be doing that much adventuring anymore anyway. I'll go to a normal school, not one to become a huntress." F/N says.

"Do we need to help you with that orrr-?" You ask.

"No, I think I'll figure it all out myself. Though some financial support word be fantastic."

"Heh, Ozpin might be able to help you with that."

"Of course I can, come with me and we'll discuss everything." Ozpin says.

Him, Glynda and F/N walk out of the cafeteria and presumably to his office, leaving you with your dad, team RWBY and team JNPR.

"Well, I suppose I'll take my leave then." Dad says.

"Yeah... See you sometime again." You say.

Your dad starts to walk away and waves back at you.

"Good luck with your education!"

"Still think I don't really need it!"

He exits the building and you turn back to the others, who are all silent.

"So... What the hell?!" Jaune yells.

"Hm? I... I don't get what's confusing?"

"Well, at one moment you flew through the door with F/N, you went insane and got carried away by your father!"

"Yes, he helped me."

"Ya don't say, and what's up with your eyes?!" Yang asks.

"You see so there's a very good explanation for that, which I don't know."

"All that's left is someone with bronze eyes..." Ren says.

POV: Ozpin

You're currently in your office with Glynda after having helped F/N get a place to live.

"I believe we should discuss the fact that Y/N now has golden eyes." You say.

"We probably should. Do you think it's maybe related to the Silver-Eyed Warriors?" Glynda asks.

"Yes, that's a possibility. After all, there was a prophecy, remember?"

"I do, the Golden-Eyed Warrior. The one she fears most."

"Correct, and that combined with a Silver-Eyed is said to be the strongest duo on whole Remnant."

"Yeah, though, how come he hasn't had golden eyes before?"

"Well, that machine in the Tardis might have unlocked a set of genes buried deep within Mr. L/N."

"Could've, by the way, we both know that's not his actual name, right?"

"Course we do. His actual name would be far too difficult for us to pronounce. Anyway we're getting off-subject, back to the golden eyes."

"Yes, seeing as Ruby Rose is a Silver-Eyed, the two of them together could be the saviors of Remnant."

"They very well could be. Only time can tell..."
