His POV
Yesterday after church proved to be a very important milestone in our relationship. Maci finally opened up to me and I mean really opened up.
You know that feeling of relief you get when something goes right? Well that's how I felt right now. She's so great; and even though she frustrates me sometimes, I can't help but want to be closer to her. I might be falling in love with her.

Me: hey Tirzah. What are you doing tonight?

Both of our practices were cancelled today and tonight so I knew she was doing nothing.

Maci: things ;)

Me: liar...

Maci: what are YOU doing tonight?

Me: I was thinking of taking out my
girlfriend...you'd like her

Maci: oh really? What's she like?

Me: beautiful, funny, and incredibly frustrating:)

Maci: sounds like the whole package to me

Me: you could say that

Maci: what were you planning to do with her?

Me: take her to our spot at Serra Da Moeda, maybe get some takeout, stargaze, then embark on a hot air balloon and travel the world, the usual...

Maci: I'd love to :)

Me: I'll pick you up at 4

Maci: can't wait ;)

4:00 pm rolled around and I was now on my way to pick her up. I sent her a text letting her know I was outside and within a couple minutes she was walking out the building.

This time she had on a light purple dress that fell just above her knees and had her hair in a messy bun with pieces framing her face. God she is gorgeous. And that dress fit her so perfectly in all the right places. She makes me weak in the legs.

She climbed into the passenger seat and leaned in to give me a kiss. Her lips stayed attached to mine for a second and then she finally pulled away.

"Ready?" I asked.

She nodded her head, "As always."

I changed the gears and backed out.

A few minutes passed by once we make it onto the freeway to that flea market we went to for one of our first dates.

"Do you want to look in the back seat and see if you can find any music to listen to?" I suggested.

"Is it all in Portuguese?" She asked.

I gave her a look.

"I listen to English music too thank you very much," I retorted.

She giggled and unbuckled her seat belt. She had to reach a little farther than expected to flip through my CDs and in the process the hem of her dress raised up on her legs. Parts of her thigh became exposed to my wandering eye. I couldn't help but look. She was so tempting.

To my relief and my disappointment she sat back down covering her once exposed skin. No more dresses. Unless it's the kind that nuns wear.

"You okay? You look a little flustered," she said worriedly.

Dang it. Are my cheeks red now?

"Yeah I'm fine. Just yawned that's all."
Hopefully she bought that.

She held up the CD she chose, "I found one."

"Put it in!"

The first song started playing and I immediately recognized it. Broken Vessels by Hillsong Worship. Awesome song.
