There are few requirement...
- It should be near the shore, so we it's easy to make a water way
- There should be a few mountain and a huge forest
- There should be a lot of beast outside the territory... just for disguise...
- We need a huge stones to place a rune for array... camouflaging, protection, suppression, and a free air so the undine doesn't have to use their mana to breath on it...
We found a suitable place in the Southwest continent... even if it's not that mountainous, we will use Dwarf Titan and Elves magic to create a new mountain there...
"Do you really think we need a suppression array?" Cynthia
"We won't use money like chopper, silver, gold, platinum or diamonds... we will use soul coins... these soul coins can help them to clear the suppression effect"
