We stop infront of this weird looking doorway thing, the car then drives off after we get closer to it, Owens puts numbers into a keypad, the door chimes to an open, a lot of creepy stairs wait ahead, we walk down to an elevator
"Oop"Owens says, as El got too close before it opened
"Okay here you go"He says, leading us both into the elevator
"I do hope you guys know how to design elevators"I sigh.
"You really didn't think we would be working out of a shed, did you"Owens says.I give him a look of curiosity. The elevator rumbles down, I hold onto something out of pure instinct, el understanding why.The elevator comes to a slow stop and we walk out, into this hallway looking place
"You built all this"El asks
"Well, gave it more of a face lift"Owens replies
"You know what an ICBM is?"He continues
"Doesn't it stand for, intercontinental ballistic Missile?"I question
"Yeah, smart kid, it's a ... fancy bomb"Owens explains to El.
"We used to store them in these silos but we haven't used this one in years, In fact there is no bomb here at all, it's a big ol empty space, so we repurposed it to hold something more powerful then a missile: You two"Owens says. I zone out a bit just looking around this place, we walk past the scientists and a door buzzes ahead, a big safe like door opened, I see two machines.
"We call them Nina and Meena"Owens says
"What is it"We question
"If we told you, it would ruin the surprise"I heard a voice says, it was almost familiar, then i see who it is, both our breathing picks us
"Hello Eleven, Five"He says
"I know you're frightened of me, perhaps in our time apart grown to hate me but all I've ever wanted to do, is to help you two and I think you two very much need my help, your gift has been stolen and yours weak, I believe I know why and I believe I know who to get them back, and make yours stronger, let us work together again, you two and I, daughters and papa"He says, grabbing our shoulder. Flashbacks appear, like bad dreams, I grab El's hand and duck under him and run for it, a bunch of men crowd the exit
"Why don' t you two go back inside and play nice with the doctor"A guard says, I try to use my powers but there not strong enough anymore, we try to run for it but get caught and something injected in us
"Not again"I mutter.I can barely hear anything, Owens catches me, as papa catches Eleven
"Eleven"I try to say
I wake up in another, room flashbacks coming to me, but I'm not in a usual hospital gown but a white suit and my hair is still there, I wake out of the room and walk down the hall to see the rainbow room. Panic, on no I'm back. Am I in Hawkins? I look around confused until I see another person in a white suit
"Peter?"I question, remembering him from when I was here over a decade ago
"Welcome back Fee"He says, smiling at me.I feel stress fill up my body and just passed out.
