Hey, it's Aarkis. Long-term fans may remember this book from a couple of years ago. Well, as I thought it had been lost, it turns out I was able to do some secret HACKS to get some of my old books.
Anyway, before I leave you be. I must warn you of a few things that you, reader, may or may not be sensitive about.Suicide
Pregnancy
Violence
Swearing
Sex
If none of that bothers you, then buckle up!
PS: Yes, there is a sex chapter. The next chapter, to be precise.
"See you tonight! Don't be late, losers!" Lyla called out to the bus, right after we got off.
It took off, with multiple kids hanging their heads out the window.
It was Friday, October twenty-eighth when our story began. A trio of potheads fresh off the school bus, with one thing on their minds.
"I'm going to laugh when one of them gets smacked in the forehead by a big, juicy bug!" I yelled toward the bus as it took off.
Before you ask, no, bugs were not what was on our minds.
But what was claimed to be "the biggest party of the year."
Parties weren't my thing, as I didn't really feel comfortable with people. The funny thing is, when you have a best friend who almost cries because you insist on not going, you tend to change your original plan to eat cookie dough ice cream and watch badass movies in your loft bedroom.
After watching the bus take a turn, I looked over to the least excited of us all, Sean.
Only to see him on his phone.
That's a little strange because it's not all that often that he pays attention to the sad, sad slider phone he has. Of course, I wasn't really a material girl, but I liked taking advantage of bragging about my iPhone SE just to watch him pout.
But like I was saying, when it was just us three, he always makes me feel like we're all he really needed.Lyla went behind Sean and grabbed his shoulders, causing him to gasp.
"What could you possibly have on your phone? Your girlfriend and best friend are right here!" She told him, almost giving him a noogie.
"You're right, I was just... um, doing something," He put his phone away. "Nothing that important."
The three of us began walking toward Sean's house, and the two began whispering.
I'm new to the group, so I don't want to stick my nose where it didn't belong. They've been good friends for a long time. Just because I'm Sean's girlfriend, doesn't entitle me to be in that group of theirs.
My name is (Y/N) (L/N). As Lyla claims, Sean and I are dating. She likes to tease us because we may have lost our virginities to each other, drunk a few weeks ago. That's kind of how we got close.
