and whenever you're on the verge of breaking, whether it be in the middle of math class, you're boss being a little cock in the ass crack whore, or your parents yelling at you close your eyes. don't count to ten because that's bull shit. there shouldn't be a certain amount of time in which to tell yourself whether or not to scream. so close your eyes. drown out the people and emotions, and imagine something you want. for me? I do this when I don't have earbuds and I want to commit homocide on bus 144 to my neighborhood. I close my eyes, drown out the noise, and imagine I'm on my way home. I'm at a stop light and I'm bringing my 5 year olds cake mix and presents home so my husband and I can wrap them for him before he gets home from school. my real wish is to have a family to grow old with. to be stable. that's what you should focus on because it always give you strength to realize that if you DO commit homocide then you'll be put in prison, and you never get that stability. focus on getting that dream job. focus on having the best 16th birthday. focus on getting a 100% on that math test. all of these things keep you in your right mind.
