Part 18

Sidharth was too occupied with the hospital politics that he did not realize Shehnaaz's Ruthna. He did see Shehnaaz angry and made few futile attempts to talk to her. He sent few messages to her at night but didn't get any reply.

Sorry Baby. Thoda pareshan tha. promise ab gussa nahi karunga

Miss you darling, please reply kar 😢

Love you Jaan 💕. Ab gussa mat kar. 

He decided to have a talk in the morning when her anger subsided, also he had to plan for cutting the bud before Rizwan again conspires. It was next morning when Sidharth was in his room when Sadiq entered with a wide grin.

Sadiq: Bhai, ghar mein jald hi dawaat hone wali hai...hehe...I am so excited

Sidharth: Kya chahiye jaldi batao...time nahi hai mere paas waste karne ko

Sadiq: Kya bhai, itni badi khushkhabri laya hu aur aap manhus chehra le kar baithe hai. Humare ghar mein Nikah hoga...humari pyari Naaz ka.

Sidharth eyes widened to this information, 'Kiska nikah kisse??'

Sadiq: Abhi maine suna Rukhsana khala ko Shehnaaz aur Faizal ke nikah ke baare mein baat karte hue.

Sidharth: WHATTTTT??? ARE YOU INSANE. YOU ARE SAYING PHUPHO AGREED???

Sadiq: kya hua bhai??aap kyu tawa pe baithe ho?? (Sidharth deadly glare) Pata nahi par wo khush lag rahi thi to maan hi gayi hongi.

Sidharth tried finding Naaz or Faizal to know the truth but unable to find both got tensed (the right word is lunatic). 

Sidharth: Sajia, tumhe pata hai Naaz kahan hai??

Sajia: Nahi but aapki shakal dekh kar lagta hai khabar aap tak aa gayi hai

Sidharth: Tumko pata tha? why did you not tell me? did she knew?

Sajia: Wo aayi thi aapke paas..but aapko hi uski bachkani baatein nahi sunani thi. But aapko kisne bataya?

Sidharth: Are you guys fucking kidding me...itni badi baat mein koi ego laata hai. She should have told me, agar main baat nahi kar raha tha, she could have messaged me. What are you guys; kindergarteners? Rukhsana khala baat kar rahi hai phupho se.

Sajia: That you both can decide PHD ho ya KG. But talk to phuphi before she accepts Faizal. Shehnaaz kabhi phuphi ko mana nahi karegi.

Sidharth pulled his hair in frustration: GODDDDD...and Uss pagal aurat ko bolna baat karein mujhse...I am in no mood for games on this matter. He warned and and left from there.

Sajia immediately called Shehnaaz and narrated the entire incident. Telling her plan backfired and his Big Bro is enraged.

He went to his Mother to find her with Sadiq.

Sidharth: Ammi, aapse baat karni thi

Reesha: haan, bolo bacha, sab khairiyat? She could sense the nervousness in Sidharth.'Ammi, main Shehnaaz se nikah karna chahta hu' He said in one breath. Sidharth was shying, unable to make eye contact with his mother. Reesha smiled ear to ear after Sidharth's confession. Whereas Sadiq was shocked 'Shehnaaz....matlab??? Apni Naaz??? Ye kab hua??'

Reesha: Thik hai, humne koi takleef nahi hai par apni Shehnaaz se poocha?

Sidharth: Aap phuphi se baat kar lijiyega. Ab Shehnaaz ki padhayi poori hone wali hai.

Reesha smiled and teased him: Haan, bahut intezaar kiya hai aapne. Par wo manegi?

Sidharth smiled shyly: Maan jayegi

Reesha laughed out loud 'Ohoo, lagta hai aag barabar lagi hai. Chal, main baat karti hu Parveen se. Ghar laut kar'.

Sajia joined them and said 'Ammi, Faizal ki baat chala rahi hai khala; Jaldi karo warna Devdas ban jayega aapka beta'

Reesha: Inka dil ka haal to 3 saal pehle hi samjh gaye the hum. Kuch nahi hoga; maine pehle hi Parveen se baat rakhi hai. Parveen ne to subah hi mana kar diya tha.

'Sabko pata tha...BHAI aur NAAZ...Yeh kab hua? kaise hua? 3 Saal...koi mujhe batao' Sadiq whined and was immediately shut by synchronized 'SADIQ..GADHE..CHUP' 

Reesha talked to Parveen and Salim for children Nikah, and they decided to have engagement on day after Eid. Parveen was waiting for Shehnaaz to come back to give her good news. Shehnaaz came home and was sitting in her room after freshening up when her Ammi came in 'Naaz beta, aapse jaroori baat karni hai'. 'Haan Ammi, boliyiye' replied Shehnaaz. 'Aapka Nikah tay kar diya hai...' Parveen started telling her but was immediately cut off by her. 'Ammi, aap mana kar dijiye. Hum nahi karenge nikah' she looked horrified, she really wasn't expecting Faizal to talk to her mother after rejection. Parveen was shocked 'Kya hua Naaz? aapko nikah kyu nahi karna hai?' she said unable to understand why she is saying no when they like each other. 'Hum kissi ko pasand karte hai' she tried explaining her mother with hopeful eyes. Parveen realized her dumb daughter has misunderstood the situation, she decided to prank her 'Kisko pasand karti hai? Mana kar dijiye usko, Ye ladka bahut aacha hai aur humne aur aapke Mama ne to haa bhi kar di hai' She fake scolded her. 'Ammi, please nahi, humne unse jyada khush koi nahi rakhega, hum bolte hai unko aapse baat karne ko. Aapko pasand aayenge wo' she tried convincing her mother. 'Aisa kaun hai jo aap itna confident hai. Bataiye kaun hai warna hum kabhi nahi manenge' said Parveen. 

'Sidharth' said Shehnaaz almost inaudible. 'Ye Sidharth kaun hai?'. 'Ammi, Sidharth...Sidharth bhai' she said, her body was shaking unable to control her emotions. There was a huge laughter from door and Shehnaaz turned towards it to find Reesha, Sajia and Sadiq standing there. 'Kitna pareshan kar rahi ho bachchi ko, dekho kapne lagi' said Reesha. Parveen hugged her daughter and rubbed her back to console her while Shehnaaz was utterly confused. 'Arey bas apki tang kheech rahe the, aapke muh se suna na tha humne' Parveen tried to calm her daughter. Reesha sat near Shehnaaz and put her hand on her shoulder 'Beta, Sidharth ka hi rishta le kar aaye the hum aapki ammi ke paas. Aap humare ghar ki beti aur bahu dono hai, abse hum dekhte hai ye Parveen kaise pareshaan karti hai aapko'. Sadiq and Sajia also joined them and gave a big family hug to Shehnaaz 'Arey humari choti si Naaz, humari badi bhabhi ban gayi' Sadiq adored her.

They came out of room to find nervous Sidharth roaming in the corridor. 'Jaiye Sidharth, apni dulhan ko sambhaliye, bahut ro rahi hai, badi mushkil se nikah ke liye raazi hui hai. Itna kya gussa kar diya tha aapne' teased Reesha. Sidharth smiled and sprinted towards her room and everyone laughed looking at their adorable antics. As soon as he opened the door, he saw Shehnaaz smiling while looking at herself in mirror. She had red eyes, it meant she cried. He went to her and back hugged her, 'Sorry Jaan, mujhe sach much wo Faizal nahi pata tha. Maaf kar do'. Shehnaaz frowned at mention of Faizal 'Aapki problem kya hai, Aache mood ko kharab karne ke liye uska naam liya. Aap hi ne humne tang karne ke liye ammi ko bola tha?' she asked annoyed. 'Arey maine kuch nahi kiya. Mujhe to maloom bhi nahi hai ki kya hua hai. Please yaar lagne pe gussa mat ho' he was almost begging her 'Please Naaz, ab aur gussa mat ho, main pagal ho jaunga. Aur waise bhi mujhe gussa hona tha....but jaane do'. She smiled looking at the "sakt launda" jo uske aage " Pighal" gaya.

He looked at her smiling face which also brought smile on his lips. He turned her to face him and gave a bone crushing hug. 'So meri Begum finally maan gayi😀😘😍'. 'Haan maan gayi, shauhar' she jumped on him and placed kisses on his entire face. 'Yaar...Tere laundo ki line kab khatm hogi....ek ko bhagata nahi ki doosra aa jata hai 😟😟' Sidharth teased her. 'Wo to hai..aap humare peeche chata le kar chaliye...kahin hum laundo ki baarish mein bheeg naa jaye 😉'. 'Sahi hai Begum'
