Part 30

It has been a week since Sidharth and Sajia talked to Rumi, unfortunately not much changed in the investigation since then. Investigators were not able to find any clues on Rizwan or Suleiman's connection neither did they heard back from Yusuf or Rumi. Only relief to Khan family was support from public/media on their involvement in the case.

Shehnaaz was in her OPD when a man with 5 year old child came to her cabin wearing a grey hoddie and mask. She looked at him keenly thinking he is a famous man trying to hide himself but to her surprise the man removed his mask and was Yusuf.

Shehnaaz: Yusuf Bhai!! Aap theek to hai naa? aap aise kyu aaye?

Yusuf: Shehnaaz...Mujhe Sidharth se baat karni hai

Shehnaaz: Haan bilkul..Rukiye main bulati hu

Yusuf left without gaining much attention, Shehnaaz too hide her emotions and waited for lunch time to inform Sidharth.

Shehnaaz: Sidharth aaj lunch cabin mein karein?

Sidharth frowned as he knew Shehnaaz always liked to eat in Cafeteria: Sure!!

As soon as they entered the cabin, Sidharth turned towards her: Batao kya hua hai? kya baat karni hai?

Shehnaaz smiled understanding how well her husband understand her: Aap baitho batati hu

It was evening when Sidharth managed to sneak out and meet Yusuf.
Yusuf: Bhaijaan, Humne aapki madad chahiye. Yakeen maniye humne kuch nahi kiya hai. Hum to bas phone pe baat karwate the Deepak aur Rizwan ki.   Hum ko to Sumit ka bhi 2 din baad pata chala tha

Yusuf thanked him for everything he is doing for his family and left.
Sidharth returned home and went to his room where Shehnaaz was pacing worried. As soon as she saw him she ran towards him and hugged him tightly and sobbed a little. Sidharth caressed her head and asked softly 'Kya hua jaan itna kyu ro rahi ho'

Sidharth cupped her face and wiped her tears with his thumb 'sorry mera bacha, Yusuf ki salamti ka sab intezam kar rahe the usme time ka pata nahi chala'
He hugged her tightly 'ab to yakeen ho raha naa ki main hu tumhare paas, ab rona band karo Jaan'. He kissed her passionately taking away all her fears and worries. 'Bas kuch din aur jaan, sab   theek ho jayega.' He tightened his grip on her and patted her to sleep.
