Eda and Lilith were walking out of hexside when Raine ran up to Eda.

E "Hey rainstorm!" Raine looked a little flustered. "You need something?"

R "yes... actually.. can I talk to you in private..?" Edalyn looked a little confused and flustered but she followed them anyway. "Okay... so.." 

E "Raine just tell me" Eda snorted.

R "Well.. I just.." they took a deep breath. "DO YOU WANT TO GO TO GROM WITH ME?!"

Eda looked a little stunned. She thought of it for a minute.

E "Maybe.. oh who am I kidding, of course!" 

The two kind of just stood there a looked at the ground. 

E "well I guess I better get going. Bye Rainstorm!"

R "Bye Eda!" Raine smiled. They just asked Edalyn Clawthorne to grom!!!

Eda ran over to catch up with Lilith. The two started heading home until Lilith decided she would break the silence. 

L "so what did Raine want?" She asked with her face stuffed into a book.

E "oh nothing, except that they asked me to grom!!"

Lilith stopped walking a lowered her book to look at Edalyn. 

L "wait really?!"

E "YES!" 

L "That's great!" Lilith replied.

E "Soo, are you going with anyone?" Lilith looked towards the ground.

L "not yet.. I guess I don't really have anyone to go with.." Lilith had never really been into anyone, and she planned to have it stay that way.

E "well if you want you can hang out with me and Raine!"

L "thanks Edalyn." (:

The two continued on their way home. When they reached home Eda headed up to her room and ran to her closet. She looked through everything she had. Soon Lilith came in. 

E "ugh, I have nothing to wear."

L "well I could go shopping with you."

Edalyn jumped not realizing Lilith was there. 

E "YOU SCARED ME!"

L " sorry not sorry, so you wanna go shopping or not?"

E "sure"

The two hurried downstairs and Eda grabbed some money from her allowance. The two hollered to their parents and left. They hopped onto their palisman and flew into town. Eda landed first and bragged to Lilith about how she was the star player of grudgby. Lilith merely dragged Eda to the shops. As the were in one Lilith headed some dresses to Eda for her to try on. Eda headed to the changing rooms and tried each one on. None of them felt right. As they continued walking through the shops, something caught Edalyn's eye. It was a nice looking suit, it was a lovely gray with a red undershirt. Eda knew she should probably find a dress but this was what looked actually interesting for her. Eda must have been staring because Lilith noticed and asked about it. Eda denied but soon came to the conclusion that this was what she wanted to wear to grom.

The two headed into the store and Eda tried on the suit. It somehow fit perfectly. "Is this what you want?" Lilith asked. Eda merely nodded her head. They then headed to the counter to pay for it. Soon after the two went to get ice scream. Eda then asked Lilith what she was wearing to Grom. "I've got a nice dress at home, so that's probably what I'll wear." Lilith replied. "Okie dokie"
