SEASON THREE LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEK SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH ⚠️Season three spoilers ⚠️

"Shoot! Camila still has the car keys!" I groaned and headed back to the parking lot. 'Well now what do I do with the car? Ugh I'll deal with it later and just walk home.' I started walking as the autumn wind blew threw my hair. It was kind of cold but also relaxing, especially with everything that just happened. After a little while it felt like someone was following me. I started walking faster as I heard footsteps behind me. I was about to turn around and hit them but I was stopped when I felt someone hug me from behind.

I turn to see Masha. "Oh, hey Masha." I say, probably sounding relieved. "Hey Vee!" They get off my back so I can actually talk to them face to face. "Whatcha doin out here?" "Oh, we'll it kind of a long story." I say, hoping they won't question it anymore. "Ok well, wheres Camila?" They ask. "She's visiting her abuela. So I'm home alone for a while." "Cool. Say, want to come over to my house? Maybe we can have a sleepover!" "Um, sure? But I have to pack first." "Ok, I can come with you!" "O-ok." We continue to walk back to Camila's house, talking about whatever. 

As we head inside it's quiet. We head upstairs and into Luz's/my room. I pull a backpack out from the closet and start putting some clothes inside. I notice Masha sitting on the bottom bunk of out bunk bed. They're staring off into the distance. "You ok?" I ask. "Just fine!" They respond with a smile on their face. "Gimme a sec." I say heading to the bathroom to grab a toothbrush and toothpaste. I rush back into the room and shove a sketchbook and some pencils into the bag as well. "What's that for?" I hear Masha ask. "Oh nothing, just drawing." I respond. While Vee was in the human realm she developed an interest in drawing and art. "Cool" I hear them respond. "Just like you.." I mumble. "What was that?" I feel my face go red as I respond. "O-oh nothing!" "Ok.." After packing we headed downstairs to lock up the house. I grabbed some spare house keys lying on the kitchen counter. Soon the house was locked up and we were headed to Masha's house.

We walked and talked about the camp we went to around a year ago. It was funny cause the first day I got there I had no idea what I was doing, but Masha was there to help me. Soon we reached their house as it was not far from my own. Masha opened the door and plopped their shoes on the floor. I quickly transform my shoes into socks to not seem rude. I saw Masha's mother walk out of the kitchen. "Hello sweetheart!" She said cheerfully. "Hey ma, is it ok for Vee to stay the night here?" "Of course!" I was a little worried to see how Masha's mom was since my time from the demon realm. Sure it had been ages, but I still struggled a bit with meeting new people. But Masha helped me with that as well because they understood. We headed upstairs and into Masha's room. "Wow" I said without even realizing it. Masha's room was really cool compared to mine/luz's. "You can set your back over there." Masha pointed to a spot on the floor as they walked to their bed a flopped over on top of it. As I followed them I took a sec to look at everything on the walls. There was a large non-binary flag near their bed and multiple band posters. They're also had some fortune telling cards. As I sat down next to them they were laying on their back with their eyes closed, not asleep, just relaxing. I looked at Masha a bit closer and thought about how beautiful they looked. Wait a minute. I felt my face turn red and looked away. "So, whatcha wanna do?" "I don't know, you decide." Masha sat there and thought for a moment. "How about truth or dare?"  I wasn't quite sure but agreed anyway. "I'll go first. Do you like anybody?" I ask. "Boooo, common question but ok. Also the answer is yes, I do." I got sort of bummed out, but kept a smile on my face. "Ok my turn. Do you like anybody?" They ask. "Didn't you just yell boo and call that a common question?" I look them straight in the the eyes. "Yeah but I answered it didn't I?" *sigh* "I guess.. fine. Yes, I do like someone." "Who?" They ask. Not too long after my answer they plead to know while I refuse to give them an answer. Before they could beg for a name much longer their mom called us down for dinner. 

As we reached the dinner table, there was a large pot of spaghetti sitting on the table. She served us a bowl each. As everyone ate it was quiet until Masha's mom brought up work. Who knew someone could ramble on about something for this long. After Masha and I were full of the spaghetti, and Masha's mom we were excused and ran back upstairs. We talked for a little while until I asked if we could draw. Masha smiled and agreed. We sat there and drew, little did they know I was drawing them. I didn't realize they were watching me draw until I heard the, make a comment on the drawing. "That's really good! It's me right?" I nearly jumped. "Y-yeah.." "I love it!" I looked at them as the smiled at me. I started getting butterflies in my stomach as I continued to look at them. I was interrupted when they asked, "do I have something on my face?" I quickly thought of an excuse. "N-no, I was just comparing the drawing to you." "Ok!" Soon we both got bored of drawing and decided to watch a movie. I headed into the bathroom to change, well.. transform into pajamas. As I headed back I knocked on the door for permission to enter. Masha opened the door and showed me the little nest of pillows and blankets that was on their bed. We sat down as Masha pulled out a laptop. "Whatcha wanna watch?" "How about... Azura? We don't have to if you don't want to though!" I didn't want to sound dorky around them, no offense to the good witch Azura of course. "It's fine, I love that movie!" We settled in as the movie started. Not long into it Masha's mom brought up a bowl of popcorn. 

Time skip to end of movie

The movie was finally over and it was around 10:40 pm. I looked over to Masha whose eyes were almost closed. I closed the laptop and put it on their desk. Then I headed to my bag to grab my sleeping bag. But before I could set it up Masha stopped me. "You know you can sleep in my bed right? The floor's not very comfy." I nodded and climbed into the bed with them. A little while later I turned over to face them. They were sound asleep. I smiled but was startled when I felt their arm wrap around me. It took me a couple of minutes to calm down, but when I did I felt myself drifting to sleep.

Another time skip to morning 💀🔫 

I wake up to light shining into the room. As I open my eyes to see that I'm wrapped in Masha's arms. I end up just sitting there because I don't want to wake them, but not to long after I notice them wake up. Soon we make eye contact and it's complete silence. We both move a little away from each other. "We should probably get ready!" I say, getting up and going to the bathroom. I shut the door quietly and stop to think of what just happened. I decide to forget about it and transform into a new outfit for today. I head back to Masha's room and meet Masha at the door while our faces are inches apart. We just stand there for a moment. I notice Masha start to lean in as I do the same but as our faces become centimeters apart Masha's mother calls us from downstairs. "KIDS BREAKFAST IS READY!" we both jump and head downstairs. 

I see pancakes on the table and grab a seat. I take two of them and pour maple syrup on top alongside with some strawberries. I keep my head down as not to make eye contact with Masha. It didn't take long for me and Masha to finish eating. We head back upstairs and i grab my toothbrush. As I head for the door Masha grabs my wrist. "Wait!" I stop to look at them. "Look... I have something to tell you.." my heart started pounding as I could feel my face burn up. "What I'm about to say, you don't have to say back. And if you don't feel the same, I hope we can still be best friends.." I watch Masha take a deep breath a look me deep in the eye. "Vee, I.. love you."
