Paige shifted to raise herself and grunted in pain. Dean offered to help but she waved him off.
"After I beat Hatreal I died. Yes?" She asked Dean
"Yes" Dean replied "But we got you back alive"
"No" Paige interrupted "You got my body alive. My soul had already left. So I followed the ambulance here and Ive been stuck in this damn hospital" She cleared her throat "I saw everyone but I couldnt call out. I didnt have the strength" There were tears in her eyes when she looked at Dean "Im sorry"
He shook his head "Theres nothing to be sorry about"
"I met Death who showed me the reaper that was meant to collect me but he told me that I was better off in the living world" Paige finished
Castiel looked foward "He couldnt heal you?"
"He brought me back. I thought that this was good enough" Paige replied, she looked at Dean who was staring at her.
Sam cleared his throat and pushed Castiel out of the door. "We'll leave you alone for a bit"
When Sam had gone Dean broke into a smile "I thought I had really lost you"
"Did you mean what you said?" Paige asked, tears in her eyes
"Every word of it" Dean replied, taking both of Paige's hands and enclosing them in his.

"When can I leave?" Paige asked the doctor
"Not for another week at least; we need to monitor you" The nurse replied, she passed Paige a remote and turned it on "Here watch some tv"
"Daytime TV" Paige moaned

The nurses were on the nightshift. Paige knew that Nurse Keeble was not very attentative so she planned her move. Earlier she had bought some clothes from the hospital shop. Paige got out of bed with great difficulty and walked over to the pile of clothes. She smiled and then grunted over in pain "Damn these ribs"
After struggling to get changed, Paige opened her door and snuck out. Past the nurse's office and through reception. She knew where Sam and Dean were. They didnt know that she was coming for them.

There was a knock at the door. Sam and Dean looked at eachother and Dean got up to look, as he was the closest. He opened the door to a pale Paige who fell into his arms. "Paige?" He asked "Your supposed to be in hospital"
"Well hospital was boring" Paige replied
"Come on" Dean led her to the bed where happily collapsed on the bed, Dean placed the quilt delicately over her.
