"Cas" Paige said, she glanced over at him while driving back to the motel.
"Yes Paige" He replied
"Why didnt my powers work?"
Castiel shifted in his seat. "Its to do with the prophecy"
"And?"
"And, you must be depleted of powers before you can take the bulk of God's slice of his soul being awoken. Otherwise it will kill you"
"So, Im gunna be human?" Paige asked, she looked at Castiel who was about to tell her about a red light when she slammed down on the breaks and came to a stop infront of the lights.
"Well. Yes." He replied, looking at her in the eyes "This is very dangerous if those skinwalkers are after you for being an indigo child"
"Will gold still affect me?" She asked
"I believe so"
Paige pulled into the motel carpark and opened her door to get out "Thats shit" She said, annoyed "So I have no powers but Im weaker than ever?"
"Im sorry Paige" The angel said "I really am"
"So am I Cas"
She opened the door to the motel and went straight for the duffel bag on the bed her and Dean shared, when she zipped the bag open, Sam and Dean walked in.
"I beat you two again" Paige smirked
Sam rolled his eyes and Dean scoffed "Yeah okay. You took shortcuts!"
"Did not" Paige laughed
"So hows your arm?" Sam asked her, she walked over and took her arm where his shirt was still bandaged over the cut.
"Its fine Sam, Ill be fine"
"Let him look at it" Dean sighed and poured himself some whiskey
Paige huffed and let Sam clean the cut and stitch it, once he had finished Paige smiled "Neat work"
"Why couldnt you heal yourself?" Dean asked
"Cas'll tell you" Paige replied, delving into the duffel and placing anything silver on the bed.
"You know that Paige has three parts to her soul, human, death and God. Well, her death side was awoken by Death a couple of months ago, now for her to be complete, her God part of her soul needs to be awoken"
"Do I have to meet God?" Paige interrupted
"I doubt it. God has been gone a long time. You'll meet Jacob" Castiel replied
"For her to not die, she needs to turn completely human before the God side of her soul can be awoken"
"She is human Cas" Sam told the angel
"The human part of my soul will only be awake" Paige told the Winchesters
"So youve got no mojo?" Dean asked her, walking towards his girlfriend.
"Yes Dean. Im completely helpless" She replied
He leaned into her "Your not helpless. Anyway, watching you fight is hot"
Paige leaned in to kiss Dean. "Thanks" She placed a shotgun in his hands "Silver"
She thew Sam a knife and gun and offered Castiel a knife which he turned down.
Paige equipped herself with a handgun and swapped most of her normal knives with silver ones.
"Were going to that factory. So anyone got a plan?" Sam asked
"Your not going to like it" Castiel told everyone
"NO" Dean put his hands up "Paige is not bait"
"Hear him out Dean" Paige said "It might be our only plan"
"Paige arrives in her car, pretends she doesnt know where she is and has a look around. You two are outside the gates waiting for the signal and Im above the warehouse keeping an eye out" Castiel looked from Sam to Dean, knowing that Paige was already agreed.
"Skinwalkers cant sense angels, so thats the perfect spot for Cas" Paige told the brothers.
"If you get hurt" Dean started
"I wont" Paige reassured him. "I have my hunters and an angel to protect me; what could go wrong?"
